The unit is designed to welcome families. Brand new large flatscreen TV. There are four TV's, DVD players, and VCR's. The large green space located between the pool and the beach (directly below your unit) is a great place for kids to play. They can throw a football or just run around in a safe area.

This was our third stay at the MainSail and this condo was by far the best yet. The view from the balcony is perfect, and the condo is clean and fully equipped. Beds in all three rooms were very comfortable which was a welcome change! Vince was very helpful and easy to reach with questions. Loved his recommendations for local restaurants - be sure to get his input! From now on, this is the only place we'll stay in Destin. Thanks, Vince!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

A fantastic condo experience. My family loved it. Nicely decorated and in great condition. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. My family loved the proximity to the ocean. You are literally 3 minutes from the sand! The owner Vince was very good to deal with. He even gave us a few restaurant recommendations. We will definitely rent here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

What a great condo! My husband and I and our five kids stayed here and not only did we have plenty of room, it was a very "homey" environment as well. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was priceless! Everything was clean and well maintained, and this condo even includes an ice maker at the wet bar - many of the other families we were staying with in the condos did not have this. Communication with the owner was outstanding, he was very pleasant to work with and made himself always available if we were to need anything (which we didn't, everything was perfect).Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We enjoyed our stay at Main Sail - My daughter lives in London and will not be home for Christmas, so we had Christmas dinner in October for her and her family and exchanged gifts while we were there. What a wonderful time we had and look forward to going back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We truly enjoyed our week at the beach in your condo! The view of the beach is amazing and the extremely short 'commute' to the sand is wonderful, especially when you are carrying all of your gear for small children. The condo is exactly as pictured and very, very clean. We would gladly recommend this property to anyone that loves the sound of the waves and needs that extra space to spread out a bit. The 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms were just what our family of 5 adults and one baby needed to be together and yet out of each others hair! We look forward to staying here again.......soon!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed here last week (Aug 15th week) and this condo was just amazing. Loved the location, great gulf view, close to beach and elevator. The best beach ever! Vince the owner was a breeze to work with, very prompt email replies and he made the booking and payment go very smooth. We loved the keypad on the door, no worrying about the key on the beach. All three bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely decorated and the kitchen and family room were beautiful and spacious. I have stayed in several condos at Mainsail over the last 24 years and this was the nicest one yet! We will definitely book this unit again.
