Bay Beach Golf and Boating Community Location on Estero Bay! Soak up the sun poolside or take a short stroll to the white oceanfront sandy beach! This condominium is decorated in soft pastels and has nice views of the back bay. Lounge on a large screened in lanai that overlooks a canal with boat slips. From this lanai, you can relax as you watch pelicans fly by or dolphins and manatee in the canal below.
This sunny corner unit is fully furnished! It has everything you would need to live comfortably for an extended period of time. Of course there's a washer and dryer along with two full bathrooms and two bedrooms with walk in closets.
The master bedroom and living room have TVs and LARGE sliding doors to the big lanai. Ceilings are high and over 9ft. with ceiling fans in each room. Total living area is 1529 sq. ft., so there's plenty of room to spread out. Our unit was built in 2001 and is located in one of the two newest buildings of Casa Marina.
Under building parking, elevator, and HEATED pool are just a few of the amenities.
Casa Marina offers a short walk to restaurants and shopping, boat rentals, a fishing pier, tennis court, and there's pay-to-pay golf (18 holes) across the street. Go a little south and you'll find a beautiful nature preserve in Lover's Key where you can enjoy wildlife, walk the beach, go for a swim, or kayak.
A short drive south takes you to Naples. If you like people watching and action, drive or take the trolley north and you will reach the Fort Myers "Beach Crowd" area. Sanibel Island is also a short drive to the north of Ft. Myer's Beach and a great day visit from our condo.
