This house is all brand new for 2006. The new house will offers 6 bedrooms plus a den that sleeps 2. It is a roomy house with two separate units that connect with an internal stairway that can be closed off for privacy. It features a grand view of Wells Harbor and the Rachael Carson Wildlife Refuge from the fully-glassed, first and second floor dining room/living room and adjacent decks.
The furnished decks also overlook the riverside back beach, which is accessible by a few steps from the back door. A walk of less than 100 yards from the front door brings you right onto the beach, the nicest mile of sandy beach in southern Maine.
LARGER UPSTAIRS UNIT: (sleeps 9)
This unit has three bedrooms on the 3rd level with two rooms with queen size beds, and one bedroom with twin beds and a roll out trundle bed, and one sleep sofa (located on the 2nd level in the den). The house has a large living room/dining room/kitchen with plenty of windows to enjoy the wonderful water views. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer. The separate den, which can be closed off for privacy, is a wonderful 4th bedroom or playroom for the kids. BBQ on deck.
Parking for 3 cars (max). NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.
LOWER UNIT: (sleeps 7)
The ground floor unit has 3 bedrooms with a double sized bed and one set of twin bunk beds plus a full size bed with a twin on bunk bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Cable TV/VCR/DVD, local phone, full kitchen with dishwasher, full size refrigerator and stove, full bath, washer/dryer and patio with BBQ. The living room/dining room/kitchen have plenty of windows so you can enjoy the wonderful water views. Please email directly for availability of Lower Unit (not listed on calendar). Parking for 2 cars (max).
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.
The house is heated. There is parking for two cars for the lower unit and three cars for the upper unit (max.). Tenants must leave the house "rent ready" for the next guests (no cleaning charge if you leave the house rent-ready).
