Perfect for family reunions
Perfect for family reunions
We have thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stays at this lovely home during the past 5 summers. The house is perfect for our multi-generational family reunions. The location could not be better to enjoy Lake Mansfield (with its beach, lifeguards and beach toys), downtown Great Barrington, farmer's markets, and nearby cultural events. The house is always clean and comfortable, and the owner is simply delightful to deal with. My only concern about posting this review is that it will become more difficult for us to book our summertime week! :-)

We had an incredible two week stay at this charming, fully-equipped home in Great Barrington! The house is walking distance to the town and just a short block to the lake. My husband and I hosted our son and daughter-in-law, and our other son and his girlfriend. They biked, hiked, swam, and took advantage of all of the cultural offerings in the area. We enjoyed the proximity of Lenox and Williamstown, and we also enjoyed just relaxing at the house. The barbeque was wonderful, and we all took turns using the organic produce from the nearby markets to make very tasty meals. We hope to come back in the future with even more family members in tow! The owner is gracious, and the descriptions are accurate. Enjoy!

This lovely home was perfect for the annual reunion of a group of "old friends" that travel from FL,RI,CT, MA, CT, MD, and NY. Plenty of space for 8 women. There were no unpleasant surprises upon arrival. The property is well maintained and was clean when we arrived. Kitchen provided everything needed for cooking "in" and most importantly enough bathrooms to get us out the door before 11 AM! Located in a neighborhood in Great Barrington, perfect for an after dinner walk. A great location with plenty to see and do within a short walk or drive.
