Just steps away from Crawford Square this home is the perfect origination point for all your Savannah excursions whether you are traveling for business or pleasure. Don’t be fooled by other “historic district” locations; if the home is not located north of Gaston Street, it’s not within the historic district!
Savannah is a wonderful walking city, but beginning March 1st this property will also offer the use of two touring bicycles for your use during your stay!
This historic home features modern upgrades (granite countertops, glass tile, oversized tub, stainless appliances) while maintaining the historic charm (heart pine flooring, crown molding, soaring ceilings) you expect when staying in Savannah.

Our master bedroom features a memory foam topped queen-size bed and is beautifully appointed with luxurious fine linens, ample storage, blackout drapes and dressing area.
The bath is fresh and modern. This highly appointed space includes luxurious bath towels, thick robes, glass tile surround, marble floor, and granite countertops. Relax at the end of your day and pamper yourself in our oversized garden tub or shower with our complimentary Organic spa products including body wash, shampoo / conditioner and body lotion.
The modern kitchen is fully furnished and allows you to prepare your own meals in style or simply keep snacks and other items on hand.
The living area offers a queen-sized sofa sleeper, flat screen 32” HDTV, DVD player, assorted Savannah related books and movies. The space provides room for two extra guests or simply a place to relax and read or watch a movie in the evening.
The home features soaring ceilings, crown molding, heart pine flooring, tall large windows (but above ground level for privacy), and comfortable furnishings. Suite I is very child friendly. We offer a portable pack n’ play for those traveling with infants.
For enjoying the outdoors, there is a small garden bench located at the front of the home.
Maps, guidebooks, and local Savannah periodicals will keep you abreast of that all Savannah and the low country have to offer during your stay. Also on hand is an assortment of books and DVD’s should you decide to rest comfortably during your stay.

Why the Owner Chose Savannah
Although I originally moved to Savannah over 12 years ago as a design professor for SCAD, I fell in love with the beauty, charm and nuances of this gem of a city. I yearned for a new adventure so I left teaching and purchased the home and spent over 2 years designing and creating the perfect “home away from home!”
Unlike other owners or management companies, we offer a very personal touch which includes meeting all our guests at the home for check-in, and providing customized walking maps with points of interests and recommended tours, shopping, and restaurants. I pride myself on offering extremely personalized service, realizing that each and every guest and their visit is special. Since we live locally in Savannah, we are available anytime both before and during your stay for any questions or assistance needed.

Our stay in beautiful Savannah could not have been better. This condo is located in the center of the historic district so that we were able to walk everywhere. The property is exactly as described and the owner was so very helpful. Heather has stocked the condo so that all of those little extras are there. we were greeted with wine and cheese, the refrigerator had water and sodas, and I even found a bandaid when I needed it. These little extras are so helpful when you are traveling. All of the reviews for this property are excellent; this says it all. Also, all of the suggestions provided by the owner were extremely helpful.

This year I decided to spend my birthday in the beautiful city of Savannah, and I am so glad I stumbled across the listing for Savannah Pied-a-Terre, Suite I. The experience was fantastic from begging to end. I cannot thank Heather enough for her kindness & hospitality. The accommodations were impeccable… from the beautiful modern kitchen, to the huge relaxing spa tub & the cozy bedroom. I felt like I was staying in a suite at a boutique spa. Everything you need to explore Savannah is at your disposal in the apartment, tour brochures, maps of the historic district & beautiful books on the history of the area. Location…Location..location! I never even needed my car during my visit, everything is within walking distance of the place. There is even a grocery store just a few blocks away! I would highly recommend a stay at Savannah Pied-a-Terre. In fact I cannot wait to return to Savannah & book another stay here

We had a wonderful time staying in Savannah. This condo was exactly what we were looking for. The pictures represent the condo very accuratley and it is in a good location. The condo was neat and clean and I really liked the mix of the old and new together. Heather was wonderful to work it. She met us at the house the afternoon we arrived and showed us around and left several brouchures and a notebook full of recommendations full of places to eat and things to do. We used those to help us during out stay and had the absolute best time! Some of the things we enjoyed were the Blue Orb Zombie tour, The Olde Pink House for dinner, looking around the cemetaries, seeing the Catholic Church, and touring the old homes. We had a wonderful time just walking though all of the squares and then visiting the places we just happened upon. We hope to visit Savannah again soon and would stay at this condo if it is avaliable. Thank you for your help and for a great place to stay!

Couldn't have described it better myself! Great for us......a Mom, daughter, and future daughter 'n law, and a great place to get in some real bonding time while enjoying the Christmas season. Was also able to get in some shopping at an array of really great unique shops nearby. The condo was lovely, the weather was accommodating for the most part, the food at the so very well known restaurants in the area was awsome, and the beach, as usual, is always great. A great time spent was emphasized by all the special attention given that made our trip just that much more enjoyable. The addition of the beautifully decorated Christmas tree and entry way Heather had taken the time to provide during the Christmas season just added such blissfulness to the atmosphere. I'm thinking this just might become a family tradition (for the girls anyway, ha)! Thanks, Heather!

My boyfriend and I made our first venture to Savannah, GA and wanted to stay somewhere that embraced the feel of the city, instead of a hotel room that looks the same inside no matter what city you are in. This condo did just that! The accommodations were perfect and the location is amazing! We never got in our car once we parked and yet we were able to see everything. It was a very short walk to all of the squares and parks, the City Market, River Street, etc...we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Savannah! (Plus Heather makes the greatest food recommendations...the Olde Pink House & 17hundred90 were perfect!!)

This was our second time staying here and there is nothing better in Savannah! We have been to Savannah many times and staying at Heather's Pied a Terre is like home away from home. There is nothing that she did not think of when creating a spot that is comfortable, inviting, beautiful and close to everything there is to see and do in Savannah. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is headed there. Our friends loved it as much as we did!

I stayed here with two girlfriends for two nights. Heather has thought of everything! Feather bed for the pullout couch, wine glasses, movies, ipod dock, etc. Having somewhere clean, cool, and comfortable to come back to made our Savannah experience that much better. It was so nice to be greeted by Heather, who has an awesome map of the City showing the good restaurants, etc. If there was one downside to the apt is it's not right off of a square, but I can hardly complain since it's only a 5 minute walk to one. I love this place and would definitely stay here again when I come back!!

We had a wonderful visit. Heather has thought of everything for this place. It is a rustic and charming home with all of the right updates. The location is perfect and we were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go. We really appreciated all of the extra details from the book collection to the wine and cheese to the dog treats for our K9 family member. We look forward to returning to the Pied-a-Terre on our next visit to Savannah!

We stayed here after a busy wedding weekend in Atlanta. This was a perfect location to the sights of Savannah. Easy stroll to shopping, restaurants, historical sites. The apartment is such a respite from a day of sight seeing. Its immaculate, coordinated and offers everything and more you could ever hope for. I wanted to pack it up and take it home. Wonderful design. You cant go wrong staying here.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in July. The suite is beautifully decorated and the owners thought of every possible detail. There was a basket for the beach, cold beverages in the fridge, DVD's to watch in the evening and very clean. It was a comfortable and romantic setting for our honeymoon. It is within walking distance to almost anything in the historic district. We even had a carriage ride drop us off at the front door. We will definitely be back. We fell in love with the house and Savannah.
