Don’t be fooled by other “historic district” locations; if the home is not located north of Gaston Street, it’s not within the historic district!
This historic home features modern upgrades (granite countertops, glass tile, oversized tub, stainless appliances) while maintaining the historic charm (heart pine flooring, crown molding, soaring ceilings) you expect when staying in Savannah.
All our guests receive complimentary Sodas, Bottled Water, Sparkling Water, Starbuck’s Coffee, Tea, Creamer & Sugar, Hot Chocolate, Complimentary secure Internet Access and Fresh Flowers in the Suite!
For our guests staying two or more nights we welcome you with a complementary bottle of wine, assorted cheeses & crackers upon your arrival. The kitchen is stocked with spices, condiments, full cook and bake ware – everything you would need to fulfill your culinary desires.
We also keep on hand beach towels, basket, sunscreen, and all your beach necessities. Stay in Savannah within easy driving distance to Tybee (20 min).
Our master bedroom features a memory foam topped queen-size bed and is beautifully appointed with luxurious fine linens, ample storage, and dressing area.
The bath is fresh and modern. This highly appointed space includes luxurious bath towels, thick robes, glass tile surround, marble floor, and granite countertops. Relax at the end of your day and pamper yourself in our oversized garden tub or shower with our complimentary Organic spa products including body wash, shampoo / conditioner and body lotion.
The modern kitchen is fully furnished and allows you to prepare your own meals in style or simply keep snacks and other items on hand.
The living area offers a queen-sized sofa sleeper, flat screen 32” HDTV, DVD player, assorted Savannah related books and movies. The space provides room for two extra guests or simply a place to relax and read or watch a movie in the evening.
The home features soaring ceilings, crown molding, heart pine flooring, tall large windows (but above ground level for privacy), and comfortable furnishings. Suite I is both pet and child friendly. We offer dog treats for your four legged family member and a portable pack n’ play is available for those traveling with infants.
Maps, guidebooks, and local Savannah periodicals will keep you abreast of that all Savannah and the low country have to offer during your stay. Also on hand is an assortment of books and DVD’s should you decide to rest comfortably during your stay.

Heather, We had an awesome time here in Savannah. This was an excellent place to celebrate our 15th anniversary. It was nice to be able to come back to a cool & comfortable home after walking endless hours in the sun. We also enjoyed a day on Tybee Island exploring the lighthouse and Ft. Pulaski. This place was the perfect location for walking to each area of the city. Your restaurant recommendations were wonderful! Thanks again for everything! All the little extras were great!

Heather, What a beautiful place! We enjoyed every part of it! Thanks for thinking of everything. The cheese & crackers, wine, sodas, spa products, robes, umbrellas, etc.. just made our stay even better. It was just like being at home. You even made our dog, Daisy, feel so welcome. She loved the treats! We also appreciated all the local recommendations. Everything we ate was delicious! It was a wonderful anniversary trip and we plan on coming back as soon as we can. Heather, we had a great time staying at the Pied-a-terre. The location is great, the place is decorated so beautifully and the extra touches made it even more special. This was a great way to celebrate our first anniversary. We kept saying over and over that we hope to decorate our first house even half as nicely as this. Our pets had a great time too. I don't think they want to go home! Of course neither do we and we hope to come back to Savannah and stay here again. All the best!
