This resort is brand new, just completed in 2007. Our unit is newly furnished as of 2009. The amenities are out of this world! Here are just a few of the amenities…
Gorgeous Clubhouse, Large Resort Pool, Hot Tub, 2 Tennis Courts, 2 Shuffleboard Courts, Basketball Court, Volleyball, One mile walking & jogging path, Fountains, Large Party room w/bar & kitchen, BBQ & picnic area. A nature preserve, Amberjack Environmental Park, borders the rear of the resort. Don Pedro Island State Park and the Intracoastal Waterway is across the street from the resort.

Why the Owner Chose Cape Haze
We vacationed on Palm Island, across from Cape Haze Resort for more than 25 years. Our kids "grew up" loving the gulf beaches and the Charlotte Harbor area. This is a quiet and peaceful area where the rich and famous have their hidaways. A busy day is walking the beach, collecting shells, maybe some fishing or boating, then back to the pool.

Cape Haze Resort has the nicest resort pool on the Cape Haze Peninsula. We have included all of the amenities in our unit to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything in our unit is new. You will have optional access to a private two car garage, bicycles, and a 14' ocean kayak, and in-room internet.

My wife and I own a unit at Cape Haze Resort and do online marketing for 24 private owners on the Cape Haze Peninsula. We love the Cape Haze Peninsula, Palm Island, and Boca Grande Island and are happy to provide you with any recommendations even if you are not booking with us. As avid backwater fishermen, we will gladly "hook you up" with one of several local "catch and release" fishing captains with whom we have fished with personally. Kathy enjoys hiking the many trails, walking the beaches and hanging out at the pool. Our son Bobby spends free time kayaking the many tributaries of Charlotte Harbor and Lemon Bay.

We really enjoyed staying at your condo for three weeks. Everything was exactly as described. Your fishing and kayak recommendations were great. I was able to kayak Coral Creek, Oyster Creek and Gasparilla Sound. Caught some nice fish with the fishing guide and even got out the the golf course. Loved Fisheries restraunt and Johnny Leverock's earlybird specials. Thanks again, we will be back next year for sure.
