Our 900 sq.ft. 2 BR/2 BA ASTON MAUI BANYAN condo has a Main Unit, P-208, and an adjoining 1 BR/1 BA Unit, P-208 A. Our condo is on the second floor of a four-story building, with elevator, mid-way through the property. It is about a minute's walk down the Maui Banyan driveway to the beach, Kamaole Beach 11, a fabulous swimming beach with lifeguards/restrooms/picnic area, etc.
Starting on 12/16/2011 through April 22, 2012 (high season), we will only rent out our condo as a whole 2 BR/2 BA condo and will not rent the units out separately.
The Main Unit, P-208, has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, CA king bed in BR and queen sofa sleeper in living area (with a pillowtop aerobed for extra bedding), AC unit, 2 ceiling fans, wireless high speed internet, 2 TV's (one new large flat panel), DVD, new washer and dryer, vanity area with wall-mount hair dryer, iron/board, full tub/shower, full lanai with furniture, beach accessories (chairs/towels/cooler/floats and toys), etc.
Note: There is an adjoining door between Unit P-208 and P-208 which can be set by our cleaning agency to the LOCKED or UNLOCKED position, depending upon our instructions. Thus, the units can be rented out separately or as a suite which can sleep 6-8 guests, as each unit has its own private entrance, lanai, phone, etc.
The adjoining 1 BR/1 BA Hotel Room, P-208 A,is basically a nice hotel room, with amenities. Some refer to it as a Studio Unit, although it is truly a hotel room. It has a queen bed and full bed, small lanai, desk/chair, TV & DVD, AC unit, ceiling fan, wireless high speed internet, small fridge/microwave/coffee pot/toaster, vanity area with wall-mount hair dryer, iron/board, full walk-in shower, beach accessories (chairs/towels/cooler), etc.
The Maui Banyan condo-hotel is a great family resort with nine acres of lush, tropical gardens across from Kamaole Park Beach 11 and fairly close to Kamaole Beach 1 and 111 (snorkeling, surfing, tide pools, gorgeous sunsets). It is conveniently located very near restaurants/shopping, is within 2 miles of Wailea, and is about a 20-30 minute drive from the OGG/Kahului airport.
The beautiful Maui Banyan property has two gated pools/hot tubs/outdoor kitchen areas with gas BBQ's and tiki torches, tennis courts, free covered parking, 24/7 outdoor security, and an activities desk.
