Main floor offers a guestroom with fluffy twin beds and a full bath just around the corner. At the end of the hall, for privacy and a spacious feel, is a lovely canopied queen bed in the master, which opens out to a small deck.
Up the stairs is a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, TV/DVD player and cozy seating for at least six. A deck expands off of this room, as well as the dining room, which abuts the open kitchen. An intimate "great room" feel for sharing social time while cooking and entertaining.
The kitchen is fully equipped and customized with new wooden cabinets throughout, including the front of the refrigerator and dishwasher. Your gourmet delights can be warmed and baked in The Viking oven, which also has four gas burners. Just off the kitchen is a small sitting room with an adjoining full bath.
Right on the KART bus service and 20’ from Sun Valley 36 mile bike path. Come and play in Sun Valley!!!

Amy...the little condo was perfect for the two of us. We particularly appreciated nice glassware, dishes, flatware, and linens. They have wonderful art and beautiful rugs. An aside, we have been in Walla Walla since then. We have been renting a beautifully restored cottage there. The kitchen is set up with the cheapest stuff going. For me, I want my vacation spot as nicely appointed as my home. Your Ketchum folks have done a nice job. We'll be back next week for three weeks (Elkhorn)...can't wait. If we ever own again in sun valley, I would like to hear from you what you provide and what you charge for your services. Thanks, Clare
