This house was built in 1949 and has been reborn into the spirit of the funky 50's ! Totally renovated in 2006. We think you will enjoy the very open floorplan, 2 main bedrooms with Queen beds, a large bunk room that has a double futon (bottom) bunk bed (single top) and another double futon.
The bunkroom has its own TV-VCR-DVD and plugins for your video gaming equipment. Bring your favorite old records - 33's, 78's or 45's to play on our record player, or play ours...we have lots of Elvis 45's! Bring your DVD's and sit back in the RED theatre seats with cup-holders and enjoy the surround sound movie.
Appliances are new including full size washer and dryer. Foosball and bikes in the garage. Large covered patio and open patio and fenced backyard for room to play. You can walk the 3 blocks to the Comal River and float around the bend and then walk home (parking near the river is difficult so walking is easier).
