Welcome to the Penthouse of Saida Royale Beach and Tennis Club, one of the most inclusive resorts on South Padre Island. This 15th floor corner condo is beautiful, well appointed and spacious. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a full private bath plus a separate powder room. With 9 foot ceilings throughout, the condo has an airy, open feeling. All rooms have floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay.
There are 2 balconies - the one off of the living room is perfect for watching the morning sun with your favorite beverage in hand. The second balcony however, will simply take your breath away. As you step out onto the large private rooftop patio, you are overwhelmed by the sweeping view. Immediately your senses are aware of the crashing ocean waves to the east or the sun fading into the Laguna Madre bay to the west. Sunrise to sunset. Read, sunbathe, watch the pelicans float by, enjoy dinner, watch the stars.
The new kitchen which was recently completed with granite countertops and new appliances is fully equipped including a washer/dryer, blender, toaster and coffee maker. As of October 2009 there is a new 32" flat screen LCD TV in the liviing room and all three beds have new mattresses.
