This is a newly remodeled and luxuriously furnished beachfront apartment, in one of the most beautiful beaches of Puerto Rico. This high-rise apartment has a spectacular view of the ocean, rain forest and the mountains.

The complex is located approximately 30 miles from the airport. It features gated access, private parking, 24 hour Guard service, swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court and private access to the beach.

A short walking distance from the complex, you will find fast food businesses like McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bell, chinese restaurant, supermarket, 24 hour Walgreens, restaurants and lounges.

Approximately 10 minutes drive east or west of the property, you can find El Conquistador Casino resort and golf course, and the Westin Rio Mar resorts with casinos, golf course and night life.

  • Just returned from two weeks at this condo. Wanted to relax & I did just that. Beach was only steps away, nice warm pool, and everything you need in the apartment. Plenty of places to eat in the area. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend it.

  • The apartment was very comfortable, attractively furnished and the oceanfront view and sound of the waves were therapeutic! In addition, Jimmy was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Despite the many days of rain during our stay, my husband and I had a great and relaxing time and would rent this condo again! Thank you, Jimmy, for all your help and "tips" on where to find restaurants, ATM machines, the grocery store and the night sports in the area!

  • This was one of the best vacations we had. Apart from the beautiful island, lot of credit has to be given to this condo. Every mentioned feature was present to its fullest. From the utensils to the beach chairs and the oceanfront to the cable TV. Would rent the same condo again in the future (if it's available) without a blink. You can't beat this price either. Owner was really friendly and fast in responses. Would be an underrating even at A+++. :)
