The large kitchen with all new/stainless appliances and convection oven for all those cooks. The accomodating family room fits lots of people, has a huge moss rock fireplace, and glass doors off a private deck with views of wildlife and sledding hill. * New beds and bedding * New decorator furnishings * Free ski shuttle steps from door * Close to Swimming-Hot tubs and game room/pool tables * Free Hi speed WI FI internet * Playstation 2 video gaming system upon request We really enjoy the comfort of our second home. It sleeps eight in beds and one on a pull-out mattress. The living space is big, so everyone has plenty of room. This one of the largest units in Hi Country Haus. Kids can sled right off the back deck on the sledding hill. Cook in the great kitchen and eat on our family table. We leave all condiments and the pantry packed with essentials. Best of all, you can walk to everything in downtown Winter Park, shopping, restaurants, and night-life. You will be happy you stayed in one of the most convenient areas in Winter Park, because it is the most fun and also FAR away from the coal trains! The set up: * One queen bed in master * One queen bed in second bedroom * One queen size bed and one set of bunk beds in third room * One single mattress and bedding move to any room Fully stocked kitchen includes: Two coffee makers, coffee grinder, Kitchenaid mixer, blender, popcorn poppers, griddle, and waffle maker. We leave all spices, condiments, foil, baggies, etc. Washer and Dryer. Board games and firewood. Rent this and our other two-bedroom family condominium right upstairs that sleeps six for larger groups. THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT.
