Accommodations:  Condominium, 1 Bedroom + Den, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 3-5)

The Villa has been newly, professionally decorated with all new appliances. It is on one of the premier resorts in Puerto Rico (the Westin Rio Mar). Two Championship Golf Courses with Clubhouse facility, Beach, Pools, Spa with gym, 8 Restaurants and Casino all on the resort.

It is technically a one bedroom, but is 1150 square feet. My family of four spends quite a bit of time at. We have children's games and toys if you have children. The condo is half an hour form San Juan nightlife, Restaurants, Old San Juan and the Bacardi Factory. 5 minutes form the El Yunque Rain Forest. 10 Minutes from Fajardo, which has daily excursions to the Virgin Islands, Vieques and Culebra. In addition there are Snorkeling tours and scuba diving of the reefs off Fajardo.

  • WOW JUST CAME BACK FROM A WEEKS STAY AT THIS VILLA AND IM SAD! EVERYTHING U NEED IS IN THE VILLA SUCH A NICE PLACE WELL KEPT,GREAT APPLIANCES.I HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE AT MY BESTFRIENDS WEDDING AT THE RIO MAR AND THIS VILLA WAS JUST THE ICING IN THE CAKE.5 OUT OF 5 STARS!

  • We stayed at the Boundas' unit with our family of four in Feb '06. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had very comfortable beds! Further, they have an incredible view of the golf course from their dining room window and porch. It was clean, well stocked (with childrens games, beach toys, cable TV, etc.) and very conveniently located. We had access to Westin ammenities while we were there such as their pool, daycare, ocean, health club, restaurants, etc. We had much more room than if we stayed at the hotel and a washer/dryer in the unit. We were so glad we visited Puerto Rico vs Orlando, FL in Feb (much warmer weather). Would highly recommend.
