This unit is at the end of a new cul-de-sac and gets very little noise or traffic. Free bus service on the Steamboat Springs "Purple Line" to and from the base area stops close by every 20 mins.
Sleeping arrangements make this unit perfect for three couples or 2 couples with kids. It will sleep 8 comfortably in beds or 9 with the sofa sleeper.

A full size washer and dryer are also located upstairs so you can pack a little lighter if you’re willing to do mid-week laundry.
Free, high speed wireless internet access is available in the unit for those who cannot leave work behind. Ski storage and boot warmer/dryers are provided in the attached garage. Two hot tubs provide soothing relaxation and are located just across the street.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking staples and equipment if you elect to stay in for lunch or dinner instead of enjoying one of Steamboat’s many excellent restaurants.
