This vacation rental home in Pinehurst is perfect for a group of golfers, tennis team, croquet group, a large family or families traveling together. Pinehurst hosts many USGA, AJGA and CGA golf events as well as USTA tennis events where a house is a more comfortable option than hotel accommodations. The house is also available for the 2014 US Open at Pinehurst #2.
Enjoy the amenities of 2 full kitchens, a game room with pool table and pinball, screened in porch and outside deck in this over 3,400 square foot house with wireless internet. Bed configuration: two queens, four doubles, four twins plus two pull out queen sofas with foam pads for comfort.
Outside, there is an over 500 square foot fully furnished deck with a gas grill. The landscaped grounds provide privacy and quiet surroundings.
Tastefully furnished and located just minutes from the center of the Village of Pinehurst, Torrey Pines is the perfect retreat for large groups of golfers (up to 12) or families. The 3-level floor plan combines convenient main level living which includes the great room and the kitchen and dining areas in an open setting with vaulted ceilings.
The living room features a 42-inch flat panel HD TV, Ipod/Iphone docking station, a stone fireplace and leather seating. Just off the living room there is a screened in porch. The game room is also on the main level stocked with a pool table, pinball machine and television. The main level has two bedrooms and two full baths. The first bedroom is a master suite with TV, two queen beds and sliding doors leading to the outside deck. The attached master bath has two sinks and a standup shower.
The second main level bedroom has two full size beds and a bathroom with tub/shower combination. A main level laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your use. The upstairs level contains a spacious bedroom with TV that can be configured with two king size beds or with four separate twins beds. The attached full bathroom has a standup shower.
The lower level accessed by stairs or elevator offers increased privacy with a full kitchen, TV, sitting room, and bedroom with two full beds and a large bathroom with standup shower. The two sofas contain pull-out full beds for any extra guests.
There is off-street parking available in a two-car garage and driveway. Please note that no pets or smoking is allowed to preserve the highest quality accommodations for our guests.

This property proved to be exactly what we needed! It was close to the locations we needed to be at, it was clean, well-maintained and well appointed. We had both kitchens being used for the weekend and it proved to be very helpful to have space on 3 different levels in this home where people could get to work and prepare things and they weren't in each other's way. When we needed more towels, the owner was very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property to someone else, especially a large extended family. It was just what we needed for our wedding weekend!

We rented this property for an extended weekend in late October, 2011. It was perfect for our needs. Plenty of communal room for 8 guys to hang out, watch football on TV, play pool, and eat and drink together. The poker chips were a a serious bonus too! I'd highly recommend this space to anyone considering a buddies trip down in the Pinehurst area. It seemed to be a great location, never leaving us with more than a 15 minute drive to any course. The owners were top-notch in providing directions and recommendations as well.

We have rented the house for two golf trips and each time it worked out great. The house is large and easily accommodates large groups. The house is also very convenient to all the Pinehurst area courses. The accommodations are great and the second time was better than the first. We will definitely be back again. If you are planning a trip or outing to Pinehurst, you should book this house.

Having lived in the Pinehurst area for the past three years, this was the first time I actually booked a house for my group to stay. AND I am glad I did. The guys, 3 from Florida and 5 from DC, all loved it. the house was close to all the courses we wanted to play and also to the restaurants in Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Kitchen, game room, living room and dining room are all very spacious and comfortable. Finally, Steve and Jacqui are absolutely wonderful to work with. Trust me, these guys are the best in the Sandhills!!!!! Steve see you next June!!!!!!!! EB.

Four couples meet once/year for a golf experience some where in North America. Pinehurst was our destination in 2011. 50 Torrey Pines was the perfect place to hang our hats. With a mix of weather we took full advantage of the fully appointed kitchen and dining area as well as various indoor entertainment options. On great days the large porch and outdoor sitting and barbecue area were terrific. If bonding with family or friends is your objective, this is a great location. In the back ground, Steve and Jacqui facilitated the arrangements from day one to check out and made the process easy.

We used this home for a family reunion and found it to be absolutely wonderful! The home itself is beautiful (small areas that could use a touch-up, but nothing significant) and we were very comfortable there. The decor is lovely, and no matter what season, it would be a great place to stay. We went when it was cold. I'd love to go back and check it out in good weather to use the beautiful sunroom and patio/deck. Lovely!!! To top it off, the people that we dealt with, Jacqui and Steve, were the most terrific people and really went out of their way to make sure we had a terrific stay. I really can't say enough about how kind and accomodating they were. I highly recommend this place, but if you stay here, please show it the respect you should and treat it nicely! Keep it great for the rest of us.
