The private beach connected the unit has the best kiteboarding and windsurfing launch in all of Cabarete. The beach is several hundred feet wide with clean white sand and clear blue water. Several kiteboarding and windsurfing schools are in close walking distance to the unit.

The condo is located in an extremely secure, gated and guarded development called Ocean Dreams. Ocean Dreams is on Bozo beach at the west end of Cabarete. It is a 20 minute taxi ride from the Puerta Plata International Airport and costs around $30.

Within walking distance to downtown Cabarete. Easy access to many restaurants, cafe's and bars. It is not necessary to have a rental car.

The condo is beautifully furnished and has 2 bedrooms. The ground floor unit overlooks the pool, has its own patio surrounded by lush flower gardens. Each room has comfortable beds and linens, cable TV and tropical décor. The master suite has a king, the second bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed. The unit can accommodate up to six people comfortably.

The kitchen is modern and completely equipped. All granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster oven and a gas stove.

Ocean Dreams features the most comfortable living in Cabarete! The development includes it's own infrastructure for electricity and water.
