Providence on the Green - 133 New Providence Lane – Rosemary Beach, FL

Spectacular Providence on the Green in Rosemary Beach is just one house away from the gulf and faces the lovely Western Green. This Carey McWhorter designed home has incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, an elevator to facilitate the elderly or handicapped, private courtyard with comfortable seating, and fabulous kitchen with custom cabinetry. With three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this home sleeps eleven guests.

Providence on the Green has just undergone a major renovation that includes: adding a courtyard pool/hot tub (14'x 6'), an outdoor gas fireplace and a fully stocked gourmet outdoor kitchen with built-in gas grill, stove and refrigerator. As well in the master bedroom a bonus sleeping area/library room with a Murphy double bed was added.

Providence is part of the Sunburst Luxury Collection, a high service and amenity segment within Sunburst Beach Vacations that provides a luxury resort experience with all of the benefits....privacy, space and freedom...of a private home. You will be able to enjoy private bedrooms and baths, two large common areas, indoor and outdoor kitchens and at the same time enjoy the same amenities and service you would receive at a 5-star hotel.

Providence on the Green is also part of Anthology’s luxury collection of vacation homes. Anthology is a premiere hospitality company with a growing collection of vacation homes in walkable resort towns throughout the US.

The rates are inclusive (with exception of taxes) and include 4 bikes, beach chair setups (2 chairs with umbrella) and beach towels. You will all have your own personal concierge who will meet you upon arrival and can assist you with advice on the area and activities that can be custom tailored to meet your needs and interests. Let us make your restaurant reservations, set up your golf tee time (including access to a local private course), arrange a baby sitter or have fresh flowers waiting for you on arrival. Note: Fees apply to some services such as golf and other independent activities. Weekly rates also include a full mid week clean and the departure clean. Daily tidy ups can be arranged for an additional fee.

Ground Floor: Entry to an elegant private Italian style courtyard with lush landscaping, outdoor kitchen, heated pool/spa and ample comfortable seating. Once inside, all floors are beautifully tiled, walls hand plastered, cypress beams hand honed and walls adorned with original artwork including several Justin Gaffrey paintings. Den/media room has queen sleeper sofa, side chair, coffee table, LCD TV, DVD, iPod dock and stereo and is stocked with board games for the kids. Convenient wet bar provides sink, mini frig, coffee maker and microwave. Elegantly tiled hall bath has bubble tub / shower and vanity sink. Laundry room has super capacity washer/dryer and a shower with an outside entry – great to rinse off when coming up from the beach. Bunk bedroom has two bunks (four twins), closet, shelves and hooks for clothing storage. King bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, chest of drawers, side chair and LCD TV. Private bathroom for this bedroom has vanity sink and shower.

Second Floor: Large country French style living room has gas log fireplace, two sofas, love seat, coffee table, three lamps, game table with four chairs, 52” LCD TV, Blueray DVD, and stereo with iPod dock. French doors off living room lead to large shuttered porch. Shutters can be opened to appreciate the lovely gulf views and breezes. This porch is outfitted with 4 teak chairs and 3 teak tables. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen has large dining table that seats eight, Viking gas range with central griddle, Sub-zero frig, two cooling drawers for drinks, dishwasher and microwave. Convenient powder room. Huge master bedroom suite has king bed, two bedside tables, two lamps, chest of drawers, side chair with table, gas log fireplace, LCD TV, DVD and large closet. Additionally, there is a large private sitting area in the master with double Murphy bed, built-in shelving, window seat, wireless internet and gulf views. Private master bath has his/hers vanity sinks, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Private porch off the master bedroom offers gulf views as well.

Outside: Two car garage with zero entry to elevator – fully wheel chair compatible at entry. Elegant tiled courtyard with tables and chairs, umbrella and comfortable seating in a lush tropical garden. Outdoor kitchen includes gas grill, sink and frig. Heated spa / splash pool – heating is included in the pricing. Home sits on boardwalk only one house from beach – 50 walking steps to the white sandy beaches of South Walton.

You will also be able to enjoy all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools, eight clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers. Providence on the Green is a short walk to the great shopping and charming restaurants of Rosemary.

We had a wonderful vacation at your beautiful home. The house was perfect in so many ways. It is beautifully decorated, had all the comforts or home and was in an amazing location. We enjoyed the bikes, porch, patio, grill and games. We are sad to leave but hope to come back again. Rosemary beach is a very special place.

Our vacation was perfect. We stayed at Providence with one other family. The house and location to the beach was awesome. The kids had a blast. Weather was gorgeous. Rosemary is so cute and people are friendly. The bikes are a must. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and helping us make a lifetime of good memories.

Great house. We have stayed in a number of residences at Rosemary over the past years and this is one of the best. Everything you need. We all had a great time. We will see you next year.

This vacation has been a dream come true for us. We were here for three weeks with our children, grandchildren and extended families and dear friends. Rosemary Beach and Providence on the Green are perfection – and we certainly plan to return and stay even longer.

What a great time we had at Providence. You have the loveliest home in Rosemary. My family enjoyed relaxing on the beach, playing on the green, and playing games. We caught crabs and watched shooting stars at night. A good time was had by all and we are grateful you shared your beautiful home with us. Thank you! We will always cherish the family time that we have gotten to spend together here!

This past week at Rosemary Beach was the best vacation we have ever had. The house was incredible, and we loved how close it was to everything. We loved going out to the beach at night and catching the crabs. Our only complaint was that the week went by too fast (even though we extended our stay an extra night). We can not wait to return. I think we have found our new vacation destination. Thank you for sharing Providence on the Green with us.
