The Cottage and the Cabin share a common dock and each have a 28' boatslip on the Pocket. There is one fixed bridge with 7' clearance at high tide. The inlet is 15 minutes away at idle speed. Both of these units are located in a 4 acre privately owned compound, the dock is just 300 feet from the home with no roads to cross and no traffic. The Cottage and the Cabin are connected by a very large carport that has seating for diner or lounging. They can be rented individually or as a package. The Cottage has 2 bedrooms - one king and one queen, 1 bath, full kitchen, living room, pantry/office and front porch. The Cabin has 1 queen bedroom, 1 Bath, Living Room and a well equipped Galley Kitchen. Both units share a Large walled Patio with a Gas BBQ, a Spa, an outside shower, a separate Laundry Room and the covered Lanai with seating and tables.
This complex has recently been completely remodeled. New Floor tile throughout, New Paint, New Appliances, two New Kitchens and two new baths.
