All year round $98/night .. $590/week for up to 3 people, two night minimum.
Each additional person (up to 5 guests)is $15./night.
Pets are $10. each extra per night, and must be kept off the furniture.
Monthly rate is $1500/month
Less than 3 nights - $40. cleaning fee.
