Luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath with den/office home is located on Gulf Access Lake, with 15-20 minutes to entrace into river & Gulf Area via a beautiful ride down the canals to the Gulf of Mexico. The home is a calming soft colored décor combining representative accents and colour schemes of Floridian sunshine, the Tropics, and of a Latin feel.
This relaxing and fun styled home is right for very relaxing days of lounging at the poolside or on the large dock. Listen to music throughout the entire house, as each bedroom has built in speakers, as well as the poolside and lanai. The rear of the home faces South which provides maximum hours and days of sunlight (the reason why you are coming to Florida)!
This unique home sits on one of the eight lakes, of which this lake has a very beautiful short ride through the canals to get to the Gulf. We hope that you can enjoy the fun family moments, and reunions as we have had in our home.
Master bedroom with its own master bath that has double sinks, soaking jetted tub, separate double person shower stall, and separate toilet area. Master bedroom has glass doors that open to the pool.
Guestroom 1 has its own bathroom as well. This room open up with glass doors to the pool as well, and has a TV.
Guestroom 2 has its own bathroom as well.
A very large wooden dock with a Tikki Hut provide optimal southern views along a beautiful big water views. A boat lift is there for your convenience and it is approximately 15 minutes from home to the open water by boat.
The landscaping has lush palms & many large shade plants providing optimal seclusion. Colorful flowers and plants run along the lanai and sit on the dock. Lounge chairs provide the comfort of laying in the sun on the dock or by the poolside. During the day you can see fish flying out of the water, manatees by the dock, and even the occasional dolphin.
Big water views at less cost, very relaxing and calming, compare againt other canal views and settings.

High Recessed Ceiling, with Recessed lights, ceiling fan, and glass doors that open up directly to the pool, and allows you to see the sun setting from your bed.
- Queen Bed: Bedroom 2 has queen bed, and its own bathroom with double person shower stall, double sinks. This room has a TV, and has glass doors that open up to the pool on the other side of the house allowing you to see the sunrise from your bed. Guestroom 2 has a queen bed, and its own bathroom as well.
- Convertible Bed: The Den/Office has bookcase, desk, fax machine, copier, and is enclosed by glass French doors. The sofa folds out and, though is smaller room, the bed will sleep 2 people.
