Built in 2003, this 3,800 square foot, four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath mountain home has two living areas and is only 5-minutes from Breckenridge ski area. This custom Estate Townhome will comfortably sleep 12-15 and offers soaring vaulted ceilings, wood floors/doors/trim, two fireplaces, and floor-to-ceiling windows. It is located on a quiet road, surrounded by trees with decks on three sides and two levels.
Kitchen and Dining
With a vaulted ceiling, slate floors and an enormous island cooking area, this kitchen is separated from the great room and dining area by a granite breakfast bar with four stainless steel stools. This is a gourmet kitchen with five burner, high-output BTU gas cook top, double convection oven, dishwasher, two separate sinks, double-door refrigerator, all surrounded by alder cabinets and granite counter tops. It is well stocked with Calphalon cookware, and top-of–the-line coffee maker, toaster, blender and mixer.
The adjacent spacious dining room features a 4.5’ x 9' wood table that can be divided into two to seat up to 16. Ample placemats, dishes, glassware, silverware are provided.
Two outside decks flanking the room and a gas BBQ customized with high-output BTU burners complete the gourmet package!
Great Room
This massive two-story room easily welcomes large groups and features floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas-burning fireplace and walkout deck. The expansive windows offer superb 180-degree views of the ski slopes. The hickory plank floor, suede and leather furnishings, and Oriental rug capture the ideal ambience for after-ski relaxation. A chic game table with plush chairs provides additional space for a variety of puzzles and games. A 40" TV, DVD, CD player and VCR promise hours of entertainment.
Rec Room
The lower level rec room is equipped with a foosball table as well as a sleeper couch (sleeps 2) and surround-sound media center with big screen TV, VCR, DVD, CD player and radio. A wet bar and under-counter refrigerator make snacking convenient. Stocked bookcases and game storage provide other entertainment.

Main Level – Master Suite: French doors open to a decorated suite. Featuring a wood-beamed vaulted ceiling, a king bed, gas fireplace, wet bar, built-in bookcases, TV, two leather chairs and ottoman, computer desk, large walk-in closet, and an unobstructed view of the forest. Master bath has a large jetted tub with separate large steam shower, double sinks and a private toilet room with bidet.
Lower Level - Bedroom 2: Shaker-style queen bed (sleeps 2), private bath with tub and shower, large closet. Bedroom 3: Arts&Craft-style King Bed (sleeps 2), large closet, adjacent bath with double sink and separate tub and shower area. Bedroom 4: Three sets of twin bunk beds and an additional mattress (sleeps 7), shares adjacent bath with bedroom 3.
Additional Amenities
In-floor radiant heat system; a private 6-person hot tub is situated just outside and cleaned professionally; multiple entryways provide benches and ample storage for coats, shoes, gloves, etc.; full-size washer/dryer in the laundry room; two-car heated garage with abundant ski racks; ample parking in the driveway.
Location
About 3 miles to town, and one block to free town shuttle. Close to all activities in a private, wooded location.
Cleaning fees will be added for stays less than 5 nights. Taxes are added to all rental fees quoted. Security deposit required.
