This well built nicely decorated 3 Bdrm., 3 bath 2,500 SF town home was completed in Nov. of 2004. It features a large rear deck that looks out on the 16th T-Box, fairway and forest beyond. You can walk from the house to the Deschutes River several hundred yards away. This section of the river is spectacular and features a picnic area and the Deschutes River hiking and mountain biking trail. There is a restaurant on-site at the Widgi Creek Golf Club House and it is a short walk to the dining, horse back riding and ice skating amenities at the Seventh Mountain Resort next-door.
There is a loft with a TV, a TV in the master and a large screen TV w/ cable, VCR and DVD in the living room which also features a bank of full height windows up to the vaulted ceilings. These windows look out on to the fairway and out to the forest.
The kitchen, bar and dining room all open up to the living room and its fireplace so there is plenty of room for entertaining. There is a large laundry room and over-sized two car attached garage. Both master suites feature king size beds, walk-in closets, large walk-in tiled showers and jacuzzi tubs. It is also important to know that Widgi Creek is very very close and central to all of the great things to see and do in downtown Bend, the Old Mill District, the lakes, Mt. Bachelor and the river with its hiking, biking, swimming and fishing!!!!

Perfect accommodations for our daughter's wedding next door at 7th Mountain. We were able to host a brunch for about 30-35 guests and everyone was amazed with spaciousness and decor. Will definitely be on our list for future stays in Central OR.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

We had an amazing week in Bend! Your property was a great fit for our family. Plenty of space for everyone including Grandma as well as the 7th Mt. Resort facilities (spa, fitness & pool) after a fun day of skiing. Six of us hit the slopes on Mon, Wed & Fri, all three days were epic snow days that will provide plenty of stories for months to come. We stayed in this lovely home this winter. The owners we so accommodating, thank you. Everything was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our own meals. It was great after a day of skiing to be able to relax in the comfort of a home.
