Our one-bedroom, two-bath condominium on the 20th floor is welcoming and friendly. Professionally and tastefully decorated, it includes a bunk area large enough for adults, as well as a sofa bed, enabling you to sleep 6 comfortably. Flat-screen TVs and stereo system – perfect for your iPod – is sure to entertain everyone in your party. An iPod cord is included. I stayed with 5 of my other friends there for spring break. The condo and building were very nice. The photos described the condo accurately and all the furniture, bedding, dish ware and bathrooms where very nice. We loved the hot tub and heated pool. All of the building personal were very friendly and helpful. The beach was very nice and not over crowded. We loved Schooners right next door. The location of the building is quite a ways down the strip from everything so we had to drive, but that wasn't too big of a deal.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.
Owner response: One of the best things about our condo IS the location! It is far enough away from the business of PCB but still have the great beach, many popular restaurants and not so much traffic.

Condo is everything it states and more. Beautifully decorated and equipted with everything you need. Pricing is definately the best too! Gorgeous view and is a great location if you want to be off the main, busy road. Owner is very easy to work with and was very helpful. I will definately be staying there again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. The view was gorgeous, the condo was decorated very tastefully, and it was the perfect size for a couple wanting a beach vacation. The rate was also extremely reasonable. We had no problems whatsoever and had no need to contact the owners at anytime during our stay. The check-in/check-out directions were very clear. I would stay here again anytime!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

What a wonderful place to stay. Owner's were so easy to work with and everything was was just as the owners had told me. I asked for a few extras and the owners followed thru in every detail.. The condo was clean and up to date. The extra detail in decor amazed both me and my girlfriend. We even took pictures to take home and implement. We will definitely be visiting here again if the owners will have us.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

We were there from June 23-30, 2012. Excellent condo. We look forward to staying there again. Condo decorated so awesome and has everything you need as if you were at home. Loved having a washer and dryer. We did not have much dealings with the owners because everything was completely as it said in the add and we needed nothing from them while there.Lots of wonderful places to eat and things to do really close to the condo. Loved being towards the end of the line. We have told all our friends and family that this is the place to rent. Can't wait for the next time we can get away. Also quick return of deposit. Thank you to the owners for everything.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is GREAT!!! It was decorated very well. My kids loved the bunk beds. I have never stayed that high up, but i will from now on. The view was amazing!! The guy cleaning the room was very nice and helpful. Thanks so much for renting your condo out to us. We enjoyed it and will return!!!Owner response: I feel the same way about staying in a place on the 20th floor! It sounds so high but the views are incredible! After having our condo on this floor, I will never stay lower at any place if I do not have to! You have to see it to believe it! When my sister visited for the first time, she ended up buying a place on the 21st floor. So if you ever need 2 condos, we have the units for you!

This condo is prefect for all your needs, we took a family vacation with our boys and they each had a friend. We had plenty of room for 6. Everyone therewas extremely helpful and we had a superb time! Enjoyed the hot tub nightly and the boys enjoyed playing.volleyball right outside the back.on the beach every night. Can't say enough nice things about the owners, no problems whatsoever Very timely depositesfund too. About the owner: Our family of six loves the beach! We all live in Georgia and Panama City Beach is the perfect drive to get away for the week or even a few days. We love it here and think you will also!
Why the Owner Chose Panama City:
After years of going to the beaches of Florida, we chose Seychelles in Panama City Beach. It is perfect for families as well as couples just getting away for some rest and relaxation. The beach is unbelievable with the white sand......no shoes needed! And the view from our place is amazing......it is difficult to find anywhere else. The best place to be at sunset is our private balcony overlooking the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Directly on the gulf, but also in an area where you can walk to area restaurants and shops. Schooner's, our favorite restaurant and gathering place, is right next door. One can not leave the beach without having the grouper sandwich from Schooner's!
