Why the Owner Chose Panama City
After years of going to the beaches of Florida, we chose Seychelles in Panama City Beach. It is perfect for families as well as couples just getting away for some rest and relaxation. The beach is unbelievable with the white sand......no shoes needed! And the view from our place is amazing......it is difficult to find anywhere else. The best place to be at sunset is our private balcony overlooking the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Directly on the gulf, but also in an area where you can walk to area restaurants and shops. Schooner's, our favorite restaurant and gathering place, is right next door. One can not leave the beach without having the grouper sandwich from Schooner's!

Thanks to Lori and Tim for a wonderful weekend get-a-way to their condo. Beautifully decorated, clean and organized as well as furnished fully. The view was spectacular and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend this property for any family, romance get-a-way or even business trip. Well worth the money especially since it was well below a hotel cost. Just as important, the customer service with the owners was exceptional.

Beautiful one bed, two bath condo, two big swimming pool and hot tub in heart of Panama City beach. Owners are such a nice family. We got the place for Thanksgiving weekend and we really enjoyed ourselves and this nice condo. This condo is perfect for family of 4 -6 and located on 20th floor with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico.

I consider myself to be very picky about the places that I stay while vacationing, if you are too, then fear no more about staying at this great ocean front condo. First of all the condo is very nicely decorated and very clean. There are artistic touches that make the condo feel very new and updated. Secondly, the view from this condo is incredible. You can sit on the balcony and watch dolphins and other sealife through the crystal clear water. The sunsets are amazing as well and you can watch this all from the balcony or living room. In addition, the owners provide beach chairs that you can take out to the beach - this was a pleasant surprise as I've never had owners provide this for renters! The facility itself was very quiet and clean. The restaurant next door, Schooners, had good food and a nice atmosphere. I would recommend this unit and stay here again.

Condo was great. The bunk beds worked out great for my two kids. Great view of the gulf and sunsets were great every evening. Pool and beach were also great and I had the opportunity to swim with dolphins at shell island. The bars and dining in the area was good and condo location is good and convenient to most everything. We would definitely stay here again if we return to panama city.

Our family had a wonderful experience last week during our stay in Panama City. The condo was just right for our family of 5. The cost compared to historical stays at other condos was definitely more reasonable and quality was not sacrificed. A good experience is when you have the following 1. good beginning (establishing terms), 2. good middle (our stay), and 3. good ending (our departure). Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely Condo. It truly was a relaxing and enjoyable time for us. Our young girls enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds. The staff at the Seychelles were all friendly. The elevators are fantastic. I think they have the fastest elevators in Panama City, which makes getting in and out really easy. The parking garage is a huge plus also. Plenty of parking. We stayed there from 6/4/11 to 6/11/11 and although there were a lot of people there, we never felt closed in, or lost in the crowd. The other guest there were also very friendly. The beach was fantastic, and the beach chair rental worker worked his butt off taking care of the people who rent chairs from him. He was polite and very professional. The pools at the condo were always clean and were very refreshing to get into when coming in off the beach. The condo we rented from the owners was clean and adequately stocked. Although we only had to have minimum contact with the owner, the owner was always easy to get in contact with and was very responsive to our inquiries. When we got back from vacation, our security deposit was refunded. You couldn't ask for better service, better owners, or a better place to stay. We would highly recommend these owners to our friends, and the Seychelles resort as well. It's a well built, well run Condominium. We have stayed at many Condos in Panama City; The Dunes of Panama, Summerhouse, The Princess, Calypso, and now Seychelles. We will certainly call on these owners again in the future. They are simply the best! Happy Vacationing to you all. PC Beach is awesome!

I celebrated my 46th birthday with my husband, my three children, and my parents in this lovely condo. We had an awesome time. My mother prepared a great meal in the kitchen area which is well stocked with cookware, dishes, and appliances. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the heated pool; and the ocean view from the balcony was magnificent! The owner is amicable and very responsive. Arrangements for my stay were secured just like that with no headache whatsoever. Thank you, Owners. I'm looking forward to the next time.

This condo is amazing!!!! I would recommend this to anyone. This condo was very clean, well kept and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. This was such a relaxing place and everyone was so friendly. I would love to make this my annual vacation rental. It was walking distance to great little shops. In the morning we saw dolphins playing right from the balcony!!! With the pool, game room, and the beach right there is plenty for children to do. LOVED this place!!!

This was such an amazing find! It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked like a hotel room. The furnishings were great, the kitchen was very well stocked, and there were lots of books along with a DVD player/stereo and 2 TVs for inside entertainment. We stayed for a week in February, picked a bad one and the weather wasn't very good, but we still had lots of fun! The building is nice as well, with 2 pools and a kiddie pool and a hot tub. The little beach club next door, Schooner's, had great food. We are a young couple but enjoyed finding all the 'snowbird specials'. We loved our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

We had not been to PCB in app. 25 years, we had been going to other beaches. Wow, had it ever changed. It was a first time experience with VRBO but it will not be a last. I was a little anxious about going this route but could not have been more pleased. This listing far exceeded everything I expected and hoped for. The photos did not do the unit justice. It was so tastefully decorated, you felt at home while at the same time having the beach theme. We love to bum around on the beach and enjoy the balcony overlooking the gulf and the view from the balcony was magnificent. The location was great. Everything was clean and well maintained. We spent some time at Shell Island and enjoyed the seclusion of that very much. If you enjoy nature the St. Andrews Park is a neat place to go. I would definitely recommend this unit to a friend.
