Located at the northern end of the island at 203 E. Evans Blvd., this one level house is easy, comfortable and convienient! We are one block to a guarded swimming beach and from the enclosed sunporch you can see the beach dunes. This four bedroom has two updated bathrooms as well as an outdoor shower, and deck with grill.

The house has modern amenities, with stainless appliances, granite counters and new clean furniture! In the attached great-room there is a HD Flat screen TV with cable. There are many places to relax in this comfortable house. The enclosed sunporch or deck is a perfect spot to take a lazy afternoon nap or cozy up to your favorite book.

We are in walking distance to town, the sea wall, the beach and The Links golf course.

There is central air as well as ceiling fans, a washer and dryer and WiFi. The house sleeps 9 in total in beds with 3 queens and one bunk (twin over twin) with an additional pull out twin underneath.

This house is child ready (bunkbeds, toys, a baby gate, bed-rail, pack n play, play ground, mini pool, wagon, etc.) with a large yard and a playground at the school only one house away.

“The location was great. Only a short walk to the beach and a very short drive to the golf course.” “We didn't hear street noise at night and all and all it was private.”

“It was our first time, and we loved it.”
“Brigantine is a great location for splitting up a getaway. If you wanted peace a quiet you had that and if you wanted more of a night out Atlantic City was an easy cab ride or short drive away.”


5) Would you rent the house again?
“I would rent the house again.”
“And finally we would rent your house , if you would have us , in the future.”

6) Have you rented in Brigantine and/ or other shore towns before? If so, how does this rental compare with your last rental?
“LBI several times (with friends) varies by property; much too overpriced; some beaches not as nice; harder to get to.”
“We rented a older house two years ago there and love the Island. The other house didn't have the moden amenities you do.”

Why the Owner Chose Brigantine

We have good friends who have owned in Brigantine for years. They had us down a few times and we just fell in love with it! It seemed like a real get away and had a different feeling than the crowded northern beaches. However, at the same time we loved the excitement and nightlife only a few minutes away. It truly has everything! Brigantine is very quiet, safe, and family oriented.

The Unique Benefits of this House

We love the fact that our house only 1 short block to the beach. It makes it so easy with the kids. When we first saw the house and then walked down to the beach, we looked back and saw the house! And from the inside porch, you can see the access and dunes! We love to ride our bikes everywhere on the island, especially up to Shark Park with the kids, mini golf, and arcade. At night we eithr BBQ on our deck or take strolls to either the park right next door, the sea wall or walk into town for dinner. Finally, I have to admit, that the outdoor shower sold me!! It is huge and so convienient! Ah, the small things in life....

    • My wife and I stayed here for a week with our 6 kids and had a great time. The house is very moderm and well stocked with everything a family might need. It is nicely decorated and very close to the beach. The two bathrooms make all the differnece with a large family and the outdoor shower was a big housekeeping plus. The playground at the school across the street is great because our older kids could take the little ones there while we relaxed in the evening. Hope to return next year.
