The home is sited on an acre with a private expansive lawn ideal for volleyball, croquet, or any other game. On the 1st floor, the kitchen opens to the dining area and family room. Glass sliders lead from the dining area to the deck. On the deck are a gas grill and a dining table with chairs. A boardwalk from the deck leads to the family-sized spacious hot and cold water outdoor shower. The large master bedroom and full bathroom also are on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor contains two cheery bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms have generous drawer and closet space.
