Adjoining the living room is a large dining room seating 8 to 10 guests and a gourmet kitchen with gas range and 2 ovens. An additional spacious family room with 50" HDTV and 2nd fireplace is on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms have private adjoining baths. Comfortably sleeps 8-9. Private outdoor hot tub seats 5.
Ten minutes from "The Canyons" ski resort and 15 minutes from Deer Valley, Park City (Old Town)and Park City ski resort. Major supermarket and restaurants are less than 2 miles, Salt Lake City airport is 25 minutes.
In summer, this is a dream location for hikers and mountain bikers with access to National Forest land within yards of the property. For mountain bikers, the top-rated Mid Mountain Trail is within a few hundred yards of the home.
NOTE: The home's location is approx 1.5 miles from nearest Park City shuttle bus stop.
