Winter time has arrived and the big winter swell has again made it's presence known.

These studios are each tastefully furnished, fully equipped and just plain comfortable.
Even though they are totally set up for you comfort, Pro Surfers and Photographers LOVE this place simply for it's location.
From this beautiful fully furnished BEACHFRONT property, sit's one of the BEST SURF BEACHES on the islands. Located on a Loooong stretch of Sandy Beach bordering some of the most Crystal Clear Pacific Blue you will ever see breaking 15 foot or better.
The Lower unit can comfortably sleep up to Three with it’s Queen Bed and single Sleigh bed. It's patio doors with their Ocean view open up to a HUGE DECK.

The Top unit is the same size as the larger lower unit but has A PAIR of Patio Doors with Ocean view. They lead out to the it's own LARGE deck. From here you can see from Rocky's to Kammies and the outside of Sunset.

As there is nothing between this property and the Ocean Blue, you go from the yard, to Sand, to Water.
Boogie Board, Body Surf, Surf, Snorkle, Scuba Dive, Swim or just lay on the beach and grab some rays.
From here, you can see and walk to Sunset Beach or Rocky Point, with Monster Mush and Kammie's in between

Starbucks, Foodland Grocery Store, Sharks Cove Snorkeling and Waimea Bay all within a couple of miles. Stroll past Sunset Beach to the World Famous "TED"S BAKERY", known for their mouth watering Macadamia and Chocolate Haupia Pies and Lunch Specials. Walking distance to Pipeline.

  • My wife and I spent a week from May 12 through the 19th in the lower unit and we had a fantastic time. There were a few minor problems, like the fan not working properly and the refrigerator dripping, but Bill came by and took care of everything while we were out. The studio was comfortable, the bed was GREAT, cooking facilities and appliances were all good. I was nervous about no A/C because of a medical condition, but the cross-ventilation was always enough to cool the place off quickly, so I was always happy. Close to great snorkeling, right on the beach, laid back atmosphere, it was a great first trip to Hawaii. Thanks Nancy & Bill!

  • Hi, The studio was perfect for the two of us. Nice and private location with a very large lanai. I had a great time driving up and down Kam hwy,looking at the countryside and listening to the local hawaiian music station. We celebrated my birthday with a pie from ted's (sooo good) and nearby snorkeling. In both of our opinions, this was the best area to be spending time. We drove all around the island and were so glad we rented this place. (i think we said it everyday!) If you really want to slow down, eat fresh fruit from one of the local stands, drive the kam highway, and walk through the beautiful waimea valley then this is the place! LaDana and Windy

  • We had the great pleasure of staying in a beautiful home with an amazing view in the Rocky Point area. This location made our trip a TRUE vacation. We where able to take advantage of the serenity and peacefulness of the Hawaiian culture and not another urban city on a tropical island like Waikiki or Honolulu. With stairs in our back yard leading to warm waters and a coral reef we didnt have to go far for activity. We even had access to a sea kayak and beach toys provided by the rental!!! With the Polynesian Culture center right across the street and the north shore a short drive away this location provided plenty to do for entertainment and relaxation. We will definitely be BACK!!

  • Nancy and Bill: Well, thanks for just a fabulous time. This was our first taste of Hawaii and we spent 5 days each in Maui, Big Island and Oahu. Without question, the time we spent as your guest in the top floor unit was the highlight of the whole trip. Superb accommodations, very bright and airy but still very private. A nice, well appointed but informal studio that allows you to relax...which is what vacations should be about, but all too often aren't. Thanks again. We'll be back.

  • We were happy with our week at the Rocky Point Studio. The view was great and because it is located away from the highway we could only hear the ocean. We watched the whales and the surfers. We would recomend staying there.
