Nestled up in the San Jacinto Mountains you will appreciate a private and tranquil atmosphere and yet literally you are minutes away from enjoying everything from fine dining, award winning golf courses, shopping, theaters, health spas, casinos and more.
The front of the property receives the most incredible sunrises, while the back enjoys all the afternoon sun and the evenings are full of beautiful red capped sunset mountains.
The River shopping and dining complex is a short walk away with hiking and biking trails just out the front door. This house is in a prime location and has quick and easy access to the fine shopping of El Paseo. The live theatre at the McCallum. The Living Desert wildlife park and Knott’s Soak City located five miles away.

If it's privacy and serenity you're looking for, consider renting this piece of desert heaven. You'll not want for anything; the house is well equipped with lots of linens, kitchen supplies, a great outdoor cooking space, tables and chairs, and a heavenly pool and spa. The proximity to the desert adds a nature experience with the daily howls of the coyotes, the birds of prey circling overhead and a frequent visit by the neighborhood roadrunner. All in all, a beautiful home in a great location, with everything you'd want in a Coachella Valley rental property.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Just a note to say how much we enjoyed your house. Everything worked, there were no surprises. We would recommend your house to anyone.
