Unique subtropical island atmosphere, laid back, quiet with minimal traffic. Pine Island is definitely old Florida. Owner's home is clean and very appealing with screened in pool in a quiet neighborhood. No manufactured homes in Bayview Acres. Great fishing in minutes, with mangroves or San Carlos Bay literally a couple of hundred yards away, all the great keys of Sanibel island and the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge two miles by boat.
Relax and watch the mullet, jacks, sheephead and occasional Manatee swim by the dock while the osprey fly over the house and the egrets walk thru the yard. Come on down and enjoy a cozy little hideaway.
This is an ideal location for a couple who want their boat parked in front of the pool and deck.
