Pool may be heated to 86 degrees for an additional cost of $25 per day plus tax. Conveniently located just steps away from the fitness center and indoor pool, this home provides a perfect location for the best in family vacation living. Fully equipped kitchen and ample living areas make this home a wonderful spot to gather and relax when you are not out on the beach or enjoying the beautiful architecture of Rosemary Beach.
Guests have access to all Rosemary Beach amenities, including 4 pools (1 heated), tennis courts (add'l fee), fitness center (add'l fee), spa (add'l fee), private beach, 2 large greens overlooking the Gulf, and many shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.
The private courtyard is surrounded by a stucco wall and mature lush vegetation. Sunny 10 x 16 private pool, which may be heated to 86 degrees for an additional $25 per day plus tax, with 6 loungers and a large umbrella for relaxation. Outdoor eating area features round table with 4 chairs. Hot/cold outdoor shower. Gas BBQ grill is poolside so the chef can be with the family. Use of one garage bay is included.
Hardwood floors and 10 foot ceilings throughout the house. Wireless internet service. Large living room adjacent to kitchen and dining area makes entertaining convenient. It features a comfortable sofa, 2 wicker side chairs with ottomans, 2 additional upholstered side chairs, coffee table, ample reading lamps, 32” flat panel TV, DVD/CD player, digital cable, and French doors leading to pool courtyard. Second seating area in living room with lamp offers another place to gather. Interesting lighting accents dining table with 6 chairs, buffet style sideboard, and French doors leading to pool courtyard. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances, Jenn-aire range, granite countertops, breakfast bar with 4 stools, plus separate wine fridge. Bunk bedroom with 4 built-in twin beds, games for the kids and TV/VCR. Hall bath has vanity sink and tub/shower.
On the second story, the master bedroom features a 4-poster king bed, large armoire, festive linens, 25” TV with digital cable, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and sofa for relaxation. Private master bath has long double vanity with granite countertop and walk-in shower. Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, dresser, ceiling fan and 20” TV/VCR/DVD combo. Second queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, dresser, ceiling fan and 20” TV/VCR combo. Hall bath has tiled vanity sink and tub/shower. Large wrap around balcony frames three sides of the home on the second floor giving ample area for outdoor relaxation. Several comfortable seating arrangements are available as well as a table, reading lamp and outdoor fans which help cool as do natural breezes from the Gulf. Large laundry room has over-sized capacity washer and dryer, built-in ironing board, mini fridge, microwave and laundry sink.

This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities, state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading. As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation. Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
