You will enjoy the new course with 5 tees for all levels of play. The golf course just reopened Oct. 1, 2006 after being totally renovated. The course offers challenging play for golfers of all types, skill levels and handicaps. The renovation includes new champion greens, re-built bunkers, teeing grounds and cart paths. There are also excellent practice facilities for golf, including an aqua driving range, two putting greens, a chipping area, and a practice sand bunker.
Highland Woods is a private, 18-hole, par 72, Gordon Lewis designed championship golf course. There are weekly activities such as tennis, bridge, golf events and other social get togethers. Newly renovated Clubhouse seats 300 with views overlooking the course.
You will enjoy the beautiful sunsets overlooking the lake every evening! One of the best views in Highland Woods overlooking the second green and lake in this lovely, second floor Abbey veranda!
