Welcome to our newly constructed beach home in Surf City on Long Beach Island recently completed in 2006! This inviting home offers guests complete comfort with 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, den, spacious living room with multiple seating areas and an oversized kitchen. French doors off the living room lead out to a comfortably furnished deck where one can relax and leave the stresses of everyday life behind. For those of you who can’t leave work completely behind, we offer you wireless high speed Internet access. The house is also equipped with TV’s/VCR’s/DVD players and stereos for your entertainment.
The sun-filled second floor has four comfortably furnished spacious bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans and ample closet space for all. The master suite and the front guest bedroom, each furnished with queen-sized beds, lead out to the fully furnished upper deck with views of Barnegat Bay where one can watch the sunrise in the morning or gaze at the stars in the evening. Both guest bedrooms in the rear of the house have two sets of twin beds. The center hall bathroom offers double sinks and plenty of room to circulate.
The house is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the ocean and the bay beach. For your convenience there is an outdoor shower with a changing area for use upon arriving home from a fun-filled day at the beach.
Surf City is a family oriented destination that is filled with many wonderful shops and great restaurants all within walking distance. Enjoy a quiet day at the beach or try any of the excursions including: fishing, golfing, sailing, jet skiing, biking, visits to Barnegat Lighthouse and a night filled with endless activities from miniature golf, Fantasy Island amusement park, Atlantic City, Surflight Theatre and many other local attractions.
Absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed at any time.
No prom or other group rentals.
