This No Smoking, No Pet condominium is located on the THIRD FLOOR of the Windjammer Condominium Complex which is located in Cape Canaveral near the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. It is open, bright, and well-cared for. Our condominium is tiled throughout with new furnishings. It is a beautiful vacation condominium!

You will enjoy the ocean views from the kitchen, living room/dining room, master bedroom, and private balcony. The private balcony is located off the master bedroom and living room area.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with beautiful direct ocean views. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all new deluxe appliances for your cooking needs! This unit has a new full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Go to Port Canaveral to watch the cruise and fishing ships depart. The largest cruise ships leave out of the Cape Canaveral Port. Watch shuttle launches from Cape Canaveral, watch submarines in the ocean, watch dolphins and turtles, walk for miles on the beach, watch the surfers or be a surfer, fish, or search for sea shells. Soak up the sun in the beautiful, heated swimming pool. Walk to famous Cocoa Beach Pier, shop at nearby stores, and eat at nearby excellent restaurants. Listen to the ocean waves, relax and read a good book on your private balcony.

Orlando Airport is only a 45 minute drive. Have fun at all the Disney theme parks. Enjoy all the other family entertainment that Orlando has to offer but stay at the ocean in a beautiful, luxury vacation condominium. DISNEY/UNIVERSAL PARKS an hour away!!!
