We are staying in this unit in August. I am writing a review now because I firmly believe half of your vacation experience is in the booking, arrangements, and time spent with the owner. We have had a great experience thus far with the owner of this condo. She is easy to ask a million questions (and I did!!!), informative, and knowledgeable. She even shared additional info with us for the area beyond just "Splash". If our condo turns out to be half as nice as the owner (and I know it will be!) - we will be elated! I will be back to finish my review in August. In the meanwhile, I am giving the owner an excellent review!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children.

This condo exceeded our expectations! Our kids loved the pool and our view of the beach was wonderful. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It's located right on the beach and near Pier Park which has a lot of shopping and dining. We rented a Pontoon boat from Treasure Island rentals and went to Shell Island where there are secluded beaches. We saw dolphins in St. Andrews bay and got to watch them swim in the wild. We also went snorkeling and found sea urchins and star fish. This was a wonderful vacation and we will rent this condo again when returning to Panama City. I would highly recommend bringing an EZ up or First up canopy for lounging on the beach. Rent a pontoon. It was a blast!

5/4/07 This condo is so spacious, clean & comfortable. The balcony offers a beautiful view. We loved the complex and the kids actually were satisfied just staying there with all that there was to do! We had a great trip. Highly recommend Hunt's Oyster & Seafood Bar on Beck Avenue - great food at great prices. Crystal was really nice and easy to work with! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your condo.

Beautiful view from this floor. Very spacious and clean. Immediatly knew we will come back. The complex is lots of fun with the arcade, and lazy river and heated pool. Will be bringing child next time to play in exciting kids area!

I stayed at the Splash resort in December. The floor plan was great because my friends and I did not have to fight over who was going to have the ocean view. It is one of the best views on the beach. I can't wait to go back in the summer. Our kids are going to love the slides and water toys.
