Year Purchased: 2006
Nathan and I have lived in Moab for quite some time. Nathan moved here when he was 18 and I moved here approximately 10 years ago for a change from the rains of the Northwest. Nathan came to Moab to rockc limb and he has been climbing around the area and around the world ever since. We're both very active people, enjoying the area for the tremendous outdoor activities that it provides us. We built this home ourselves and we live on the property, with the rental next door. We enjoy seeing the variety of individuals that come and stay here!
Why the Owner Chose Moab
We both live and work in Moab and having a rental was an extra piece that we added when building this home. The rental allows us to stay in an area where wages are low, but housing costs are high. We enjoy the extra income, but enjoy meeting the characters that come to stay more!
The Unique Benefits of this Rental Unit/Duplex
Our property gives one solitude from the hustle and bustle of staying in the city limits of Moab or the confines of a condo compoud. We have a unique property with wonderful views and natural landscaping. I believe that if you want a "home away from home" our unit provides it!
