Timber Falls #703 is located in the East Vail area, four miles east of the Vail Village. The Town of Vail provides bus service from Timber Falls to Vail Village free of charge. Bus service runs as frequently as every 15 minutes during the ski season, twenty hours a day. This second floor (top floor) unit is only a 50 yard walk to the bus stop and is only 4-5 miles from Vail Village.
The views from Timber Falls are phenomenal with all units either sitting on the banks of the Gore Creek or looking out toward the White River National Forest. The condominiums are privately owned and fully equipped for your convenience and enjoyment. This three bedroom three bath condo is about 1400 square feet and is all on two levels. Upon entry the first bedroom with two twins is off the left of the entryway with a full bathroom. Off the right is a staircase and straight ahead is the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Upstairs is the loft with a bench and the other two bedrooms and full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed and full on suite bath. The other bedroom has a queen and full bathroom as well. The Timber Falls complex does have tennis courts and a summer pool. It’s only a few miles to a fitness facility if needed.
