Your place for R&R is our newly built condominium which is found only 35 minutes south of the Cancun airport in Playacar, next to the town of Playa del Carmen; the fastest growing tourist destination in the Caribbean. (more info at caribbeanvacation.it/1)
The condo is made up of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and living room. There is a queen sized bed and en suite in the master bedroom (max. 2 people) , two double beds in the other bedroom (1 person per bed) and two futon sofas in the living room with LCD TV with DVD player BROAD BAND INTENET CONNECTION and SKY TV ON DEMAND.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, pots and pans, dishes, blender, microwave, and toaster. The condo was furnished with newly bought furniture in May 2006 and in Italian style. Each tower of 12 units has their own pool and "palapa".
The condo is in a safe position with guards that are always on patrol. There are also guards around the site of Playacar, and so you can easily walk without any hesitation at night.
If you would like to use a bike instead of taking a taxi or walking, we offer our guests two bicycles to use during their stay free of charge.
The best thing about Playacar is that it is a prestigious gated community that is host to the famous Robert Von Hagge 18 hole Championship Golf Course, white sand Caribbean beaches, Mayan ruins and eco-parks. However, you are a four minute taxi drive or a ten minute stroll to the downtown area of Playa del Carmen where you can find restaurants, shopping in boutiques and shops, night clubs, and interact with the local people who are warm and love to talk to the tourists.
If it’s the all inclusive that you are looking for, but can’t afford the prices, don’t look any further. We will provide visitors with a Reef Resort VIP card for free privileges which includes beach access, beach lounge chairs, two swimming pools, and a deep discount on all inclusive meals and drinks (when booking please let us know if you are interested in this option).
Playa del Carmen is centrally located which makes it’s easy to visit Cozumel Island, Tulum and Coba Mayan Ruins, Xel-Ha and Xcaret eco-parks, caves and cenotes, Xaman-Ha aviary, Akumal Yal Ku Lagoon, and the Botanical Gardens.
Our staff speaks English, Italian and Spanish and are always available for questions you might have, to recommend places to see or restaurants to eat at, they can help you plan your outings to any of the places mentioned above, or to help you organize a scuba outing.
