Charming wood-shake bungalow home on a one acre lot situated on a quiet tree-lined street. Comfortable living room, dining area, kitchen, full bath with tub/shower, master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with 2 twin beds, all on one floor. Sleeps 4, can sleep one additional guest on the futon in the living room. Casual living that flows well. Deck off dining area is shaded and quiet. Outdoor shower.

Lots of light, cross-breezes, bamboo floors, simple furnishings and open kitchen add to the house's Cape Cod appeal. The Coast Guard Beach is less than 1 1/2 miles from the house - an easy bike ride. Beach Parking Passes also available to purchase at N. Truro Beach Office. House is a 10 minute drive to all Truro beaches.

A shuttle bus stops at Dutra's Market and takes you to Provincetown (15 minutes by car) every hour eliminating parking hassles. Many restaurants nearby from casual to elegant. Places of interest include Truro Historical Museum and Cape Cod Light.
