This beautiful home in Wards Cove is just 100 feet from the beach! You can enjoy views of the lake while grilling and eating dinner on the large deck, or while eating breakfast from the kitchen, or hanging out in the living room.

The home is ideal for one or two families or is cozy enough for a couple. It is air conditioned with three bedrooms and two baths.

The first floor has two bedrooms with a twin-size bed in one and a double and twin-size bed in the other. One bathroom is on the first floor. The living room sofa opens up for an extra sleeping area. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed. Also downstairs is a sitting room, with a futon, a bathroom, and a furnished screened room.

Only 100 feet to the association beach. You can enjoy your day on a pure sand beach, with a swim area for kids, a float and a sand volleyball court. There is a boat dock for temporary tie up and off shore mooring available for long term and overnight tie up.

Sebago Lake is the second largest lake in Maine with depths of up to 360’. It is great for water sports or an evening out to dinner. Wards cove has a nice social atmosphere with plenty of other kids to play with. It is a wonderful place for a family getaway!

Pets allowed with permission only. If pets are allowed, pets must be restrained and grounds must be kept clean.

  • First time to Maine and one of our favorite vacations. The house was nicely decorated and clean. The website doesn't do it justice. Location is great - easy access to the lake and adorable street of houses. Porch overlooks the lake for enjoyable morning breakfasts and grilling at night. Great time!
