There are only a few large waterfront homes in North Puget Sound not on an island that can accommodate large groups. To see where the home is located on the bay go to 'Goggle maps' and click satellite view. Address 8102 Birch Bay Drive, Blaine, WA. This home not only accommodates up to 20 it is also described as 'Fantastic' by prior guests. Located on a level 1/4 acre property 75 steps from the front door you are on our private beach. You will find lots of guest parking, and RV parking. The 70 foot wide waterside of the home is all entertainment areas... kitchen, family room, dining and living room, plus a large covered eating porch and partially enclosed patio. The home is perfect for events such as... important family birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and multiple family vacations, corporate planning meetings, and youth group events.
There are three living room areas all with fireplaces. The kitchen is comfortable for multiple chefs and comes with all the small appliances, dishes, flatware, and glasses for twenty plus. The home is 100 feet back from the beach. It is decorated with rattan furnishings with a Spanish/Caribbean theme. Kind of a fun carefree feeling to it. Evening fires can be on the beach or in the patio firepit.
It is about 45 minutes to exciting downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, ten miles to the quaint Lynden, Washington State, Dutch community and a three mile drive to the 60 million dollar hotel, resort, Arnold Palmer golf course, destination 'Resort Semiahmoo' with its five restaurants and marina.
The home can comfortably handle meals and social space for 40+ and we can help you locate additional guest sleeping either at or other property, Shady Nook, 300 feet away or at other close by accommodations.
Don't have your family event spoiled because your accommodations were not large enough to provide for individual space and space for multiple activities. We can arrange a preview of the property prior to your reservation. We want you to enjoy your time a Birch Bay.

This is a perfect place for large groups--located right in the middle of the Birch Bay curve and close to amenities, set back from the road, with a very functional and well-furnished kitchen. The two refrigerators came in handy for our group of 10, and we also appreciated the extra off-road parking available. The well-placed round tables, with extra folding chairs, encouraged group interaction. We enjoyed the unique and eclectic decor including travel posters and a lighted interior palm tree! Overall, a charming 40's style beach house, clean and well-maintained.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

This place is perfect for a large gathering! Lots of places for many groups to sit and visit indoor or out, rain or shine! During our first walk through it was fun discovering the maze of rooms and all that this place had to offer! The view of the bay from the dining room table was beautiful! The backyard was great for horseshoes. The little kids had a blast riding their bikes on the smooth long driveway. Having two kitchens was helpful with our large group. I definitely see us coming back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
