Around the time Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr. were busy making "Rat Pack" fame at the Copa Cabana Room. This is the neighborhood where local entertainers and casino executives would come home to.

This charming house has newly retextured and painted walls throughout and new carpet in the master and second bedroom. The third bedroom features a tiled sunroom with window shades (for sleeping in) and a door to the backyard pool and patio area. The bed area in this bedroom has beautiful hardwood flooring.

Enjoy the mature landscape, spacious, and cozy bedrooms and do not forget that huge private pool with a diving board. You will also love the newly refinished hardwood oak floors in the living room and the fireplace. This is not the cookie cutter house!
