This beautifully decorated and maintained villa is located in the Moorings section of Palmetto Dunes Plantation. The villa sleeps 6 - 8 people comfortably. The Queen-sized Master Bedroom has a full private bath with separate dressing area, Digital Cable TV with DVR and VCR, phone, and a private deck with deck furniture overlooking the on-site pool. The second bedroom has two Queen-sized beds, TV, private deck and a full private bath. There is also a Queen sized pullout sofabed in the Living Room. The central bathroom has a shower and contains a washer and dryer for your convenience. The villa is a very short walk to the ocean (less than 200 hundred yards), which makes it a two minute stroll to the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a dishwasher. In the Living Room there is a 26" HD flatscreen television, with Digital Cable and DVR, DVD and VCR players, and a telephone with local service. The villa has carpeting, comfortable furniture, soft, comfortable mattresses in all bedrooms, new tiling in the kitchen and all baths, beautiful wallpapering in the bathrooms and foyer, and is always freshly painted and maintained. There is also FREE high-speed wireless internet access for those who bring along their laptops. The villa is continually upgraded for the enjoyment and comfort of our guests. Covered parking under the unit provides protection from the weather, and since the unit is on the first floor there are a minimum of steps to climb. This villa is a non-smoking unit.
All guests are entitled to one hour of FREE tennis at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center each day, and for those who golf you'll have access to a Tee Time service which provides reduced rates exclusively to our guests. We are located in the midst of three top-notch golf courses in Palmetto Dunes. For the peak rental season (April - October), there is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to beach, Shelter Cove Marina, shops and restaurants.
