The property has 4000 square feet of living space and over 2000 square feet of decks/patios. This spectacular home features indoor/outdoor living at its finest. Outside the spacious kitchen is a full bar and grill; complete with a 50-inch plasma TV, 20 inch flat panel television, an outdoor refrigerator, Kegerator (with beer) and an oversized Viking Bar-B-Que with side burners. The entry features a spectacular Koi Pond with 12 foot waterfall feature. There are 4 fireplaces and 3 jetted spa bathtubs. This property is unique and perfect for the intimate getaway or for the extended family.
MAIN KITCHEN: Gourmet kitchen with Viking gas ranges and cooktop, Franke sink, oversized refrigerator, microwave, warming drawer and pot filler, wine cooler, etc. There is an island area for food preparation plus a countertop bar area for seating of six. The dining table can seat up to 12.
OUTDOOR BAR AND GRILL AREA: Located immediately outside the main kitchen area is a beautiful bar and grill sure to entertain any family, gathering or sports fanatic.The bar and grill area has seating for seven and a dining area has seating for 12. Additional seating is available off the front deck with two bistro tables. Bar includes a Kegerator (complete with beer), 50-inch plasma TV, 20 inch flat panel television and an outdoor refrigerator. An oversized Viking grill and burners provide ample space for outdoor grilling. This area comes complete with an ocean view.
MASTER BEDROOM AREA: This area comprises the bedroom area complete with a built in window seating area and an additional seating area-complete with wonderful ocean views and fireplace. Off the bedroom are two additional ocean view decks. The bathroom has everything necessary to pamper yourself during your getaway-oversized jacuzzi tub plus a shower with dual shower heads and a rainfall shower head. A flat-screen TV is located in both the bedroom area and the bathroom.
ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS: There are three additional bedrooms-each with an upgraded queen-size bed. Each bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean, gardens or both. Each bedroom has outdoor living space attached to the room.
BONUS AREA: The garage is completely finished and is used as an entertainment area. Available is a gaming table, internet access, computers, darts, 42-inch plasma TV, PlayStation 2 console, DVD/VHS player, refrigerator, workout equipment, and a foosball table.
EXERCISE AREA: In the interior of the home is an exercise area comprised of an elliptical machine and a stationary bike. Additional exercise equipment is located in the garage. If you like to get some exercise on your vacation, you can do it all at this property.
ELECTRONICS AND SOUND SYSTEM: This property features 10 televisions, including a 50" plasma tv and (3) 42" plasma tv's. There is sound wired throughout the entire house plus outdoor bar and grill and the garage area. Three of the televisions offer digital video recording capabilities, there are 3 DVR's and there are hundreds of channels available for viewing. Also provided are over 40 DVD's for your viewing pleasure.
OUTDOOR AREAS: Virtually all rooms of the house open up to outdoor seating areas. There are over 2000 square feet of ocean view decks. In addition, there are other sitting and dining areas in the backyard.

Initial deposit is $3000 security fee plus 50% of the rental fee.
Balance is due 60 days prior to check in.
Deposit is non-refundable. At time of check in the deposit becomes
the security deposit and the 50% prepayment fee is applied toward rental amount
due. Once you are checked in, there are no credits/refunds for shortened
stays.
