Casa Serena is located on a two-acre property in the northern section of Santa Teresa. It offers great views of the ocean between Lora Amarilla beach and renown Suck Rock Break wave.
Tranquility, seclusion, a luxuriant tropical garden and the merging of sky and sea at sunset are the main features of these house. Surfing beaches, restaurants, bars and shops are a few hundred meters away, and so are the noise and the dust of the main road.
Everything is walking distance, but if you are not such an avid hiker a four-wheel-drive vehicle or a atv is suggested. Our gravel access road is good but fairly steep and non 4wd vehicles tend to get stuck on it.
The house, stylish in its simplicity was built in 2005-2006, is mostly concrete glass and wood. It features a very large wooden deck facing the ocean, a large upstairs master bedroom with own bathroom opening onto a large ocean wiew balcony, allowing an- in bed -wave check to the laziest of surfers also two additional downstairs bedrooms one of which with ocean wiew sharing the second bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious livingroom and onto a large deck facing ocean.
Personal taste, architectural design, ceiling fans and the constant breeze coming up the valley are the reason why the house is not air conditioned. A light blanket is actually needed at night. It is suitable for up to six people.
