Island Oasis is a private, quiet, upscale, roomy, 3 bedroom villa located on the Dutch side of St. Maarten in the Pelican Key area, 75 yards from the ocean. Freshly painted and totally refurnished, it has been tastefully decorated in soothing tones of white, blues and yellows throughout. With our guests' comfort in mind, our villa is decorated with a distinct and discriminating flair.

Along with gorgeous ocean views, our villa features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with service for 12; stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher and washer/dryer, 2.5 remodeled baths, AC throughout, as well as floor and ceiling fans in each room. Each bedroom has ample storage and closet space. Both the living room lanai and master bedroom balconies feature ocean views. The master bedroom, with king size bed, has a sitting area. One guest room features a queen size bed and the other a double bed. Each has double dressers. Housekeeping service provided for the adults, Play Station 2 for the kids, and wireless for everyone. Beautiful, flowered grounds, private gardener-maintained property.
