Villa Vista Mar is located in the exclusive beach community of Playa Ocotal, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Papagayo and the Pacific Ocean, just a short walk from the award winning beach. Our villa has 3 attractive, fully furnished, one-bedroom apartments which can be rented individually or combined, daily or weekly. You can customize your accommodations for comfort and affordability.
Just 35 minutes from the Liberia International Airport, Villa Vista Mar is approximately 300 yards uphill from the sea. The crescent shaped beach is encircled by forested hills which are home to howler monkeys, iguanas, parrots, and many other tropical birds. From the villa, you can view the off-shore islands, Santa Rosa National Park, Volcano Orosi, and more.

Discounts are available when all 3 apts are rented by one group for one week.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

We arrived to Villa Vista Mar a day ahead of schedule and Ed was very accomodating. The property is well maintained, very clean, comfortable beds, american kitchen, beautiful pool area, accessable to local activities and has an AMAZING VIEW. It was great to have AC for the 1st time during our stay in CR. Ed was so heplful in suggesting and setting up activities for us. The day trip with Guillermo was more than we expected...we saw Leather Back Turtles from the boat, an array of fish while snorkling, white faced monkys on the island, walked through caves before the tides came in all with our own personal guide/boat captin. We will be back again next year. Thank you Ed for a wonderful stay.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
