This gorgeous oceanfront condo is walking distance to everything. This 5BR/5BA condo is located at the center of Front Beach on Ocean Boulevard, Isle of Palms. With restaurants, shops, the beach and an over-sized private pool all located at your fingertips, you will have no need to drive anywhere. This condo is perfect for families or friends looking for a great experience on the Isle of Palms. There is an elevator for easy access, parking for several cars, and a gated entry way to the complex. This condo, located on the 5th floor, offers incredible views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean from its large balcony.
This condo also has a very large balcony that overlooks the pool, beach, and Atlantic Ocean. There is enough seating for eight on the porch, which provides for relaxing afternoons taking in all that the South Carolina coast and the Isle of Palms have to offer. Spend a week making memories that will last a lifetime.
This Five bedroom condo is large enough for several families. There are two Master bedroom suites that each have a king bed and access to the large porch overlooking the pool and ocean(K)(K). Both Master bedrooms come equipped with a large TV/DVD, alarm clock, phone, and ceiling fan. The Master bathrooms have double vanities, a large stand-up shower, and a garden tub. There is plenty of closet space throughout the house. The second and third bedrooms have Queen-sized beds(Q)(Q), TV/DVD, ceiling fans and their own private baths. The final bedroom has two twin beds(T)(T), a TV/DVD, fan, and full bath. Every bed is made with 350-count Egyptian cotton sheets. This condo also comes with high-speed wireless internet free of charge.
The living area has plenty of seating with great ocean views from every corner. It also has a large TV/DVD, phone, fireplace, and ceiling fan. The dining table seats eight with four more bar stools on the breakfast bar leading into the kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with brand new stainless steel appliances and cooking utensils. This condo also has its own washer and dryer for you laundry needs.

For Christmas this year, my family opted for time together instead of the tiring tradition of buying and exchanging presents. This property offered luxurious accommodations, ample room to gather or have quiet time, and every amenity anyone could want. The kitchen has up-to-date appliances, lovely dishes and sparkling glasses. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated with wonderful linens and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were large, clean and well appointed. The porch offered enough seating for all the family and up-close views of the expansive beach and ocean. There are no negatives to this property and we look forward to a return visit.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

My 7 girlfriends (40s & 50s) and I had the most wonderul long weekend. This beautiful condo is clean, so well set-up, and decorated perfectly. The linens are plush ++. Things I normally take on vacation were extraneous. We cooked fabulous meals in the gourmet kitchen, then dined mostly al fresco on the balcony, enjoying the glorious view. We had to force ourselves out to play and hear some music, but gravitated back quickly, as we were so happy right here. We all hope and plan to return.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
