Why the Owner Chose Tops'l The Summit
During our married life, our most enjoyable summer vacations were spent at Destin, Florida.
The thought of having a place in that area was often in our minds. The emerald-color waters, and the fine sugar-white sand, the peaceful ambience, and beautiful sunsets provided a wonderful setting for spending memorable time with family and friends. We cherish fond memories of days we spent in Destin. In the late nineties, as we began our retirement, we purchase a place in a paradise-like resort in the Florida Panhandle. The condo we own is in The Summit at TOPS’L. It is a wonderful place.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The natural beauty of the Destin area is awesome. We feel very relaxed and secure in the TOPS'L resort. Our condo at The Summit, in particular, is a second home, and it is beautiful. Almost every time we go there, we bring some decoration enhancement. Our guest have always expressed great appreciation. We are also truly amazed about seeing how the Destin area has kept its charming character while developing into a prime tourist destination. One day, we plan to become permanent residents of this beautiful area.

Thanks for visiting our VRBO web page. We are Ada and Danny Sobrepera and our unit is located on the South-West wing of the building, with a balcony facing the Gulf. It is always exciting to spend some time in that beautiful place, our second home. When we do, we experience lots of peace, relaxation, and joyful moments. Laughter fills the place.... We've lived in the New Orleans area most of our married life. When we first visited the Florida Panhandle, back in 1966, we fell in love with the emerald-color waters, the fine sugar-white sand, the relaxing ambience, and the gorgeous sunsets. Since then, our most enjoyable Summer vacations have been in the Destin area. This area provided a wonderful setting for quality time with family and friends. In 1999, we purchase our place in "The Summit" at TOPS'L - a paradise-like Florida beach resort - and personalized it with casual-elegance. It looks great! Our guests continuosly express appreciation for the decor and conveniences we provide. They have enjoyed our beautiful place in Destin as much as we have. We were very pleased with our stay in this condo....very spacious, wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony, living room and the bedroom and just feet away from the beach!! Tennis courts, putt putt golf and several swimming pools...condo was very clean....beautifully decorated and well maintained...location is great and within miles of great shopping and restrarants.... and best of all....great customer service from the owners and front desk....thank you guys!!!! We will be back!!!!

Our family vacationed here for Easter Weekend. This is definitely a beautiful condo that we won't soon forget. Very neat and clean. The view is awesome from the balcony and master bedroom even though condo is not located directly beach front. The amenities are very accommodating. We felt very safe and secure as this is a gated Resort community. The decor is fabulous and just as the owner Ada said, " the photos on-line don't do justice." Speaking of the owner's, Jose and Ada were very friendly and available to answer our questions without us feeling like we were a bother. The community in general was also very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our children vary in age and all, including our 20 month old found it very easy to relax and feel at home. I would highly recommend this condo for any get away occasion. Thank you Jose & Ada for sharing your beautiful condo with us. Mike & Sonya

My family of four recently vacationed at this condo. The home is well equipped and beautifully appointed. The beach is a very short walk away and everything else that we could possibly need was a quick car ride away. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this home.

This was my families first experience renting thru Home Away and a private individual. We were not only impressed with the condo, but dealing with the owners was like dealing with a friend. They were VERY accomadative regarding our reservations. The condo itself was so comfortable and classy. The place was very clean & secure. The view was breath taking. The pool was never overcrowded and also very clean. We will definately contact this owner and attempt to stay here again. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! The owners were so helpful in arranging for our stay at the last minute and everything was as stated in the description for this property. The condo had lovely furnishing and everything was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and view from our balcony. Although we have stayed at places right on the beach before, we actually enjoyed the walk down and less noise being at a condo a little off the beach. We had wonderful weather the week we were there - 5/1 through 5/16 - no rain and in the 80's each day. We ate out all the time and really enjoyed a couple of new restaurants we have not been to before - Pat Obrien's and Tommy Bahamas. The Dent Bros. Band at Pat O'Briens was fabulous and so much fun! The only disappointment was that we had to leave!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! Ed and JoAnn

We spent Spring Break week at the condo. It was the perfect place for us - close to the Hilton and all the "beach action" but quiet when we got back to the condo. Short walk to the beach and beautiful view. The condo is beautifully furnished with great amenities. Nice pool with a grill by the condo. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to use the condo again.
