Our third floor residence, is just a 10 minute walk along the seaside promenade to central Kralendiijk, where you'll find wonderful restaurants, cafes, open air fruit/vegetable market, and groceries. Just a few minutes walk to the North, you will find our favorite dive shop, Yellow Sub, where we leave our gear, rent tanks, and often dive to see resident sea life.
After visiting Bonaire, we chose Playa Lechi Residence because of its quiet location (away from the airport), our close, walkable distance to town, the reef out front for diving, snorkeling, and swimming, a large pool, and most importantly, its breath taking ocean sunset views.

Just coming back from Bonaire where we spent 2 weeks in this wonderful condo (Sept.2010): - well located : free transfer from the airport by taxi, 10mn walking by the sea to the city center (restaurants, bars, shops...), gorgeous snorkeling just in front of the condo (even saw a large tarpon there !!), - well furnished: kitchen accessories, washing machine, dishwasher, henckels knives, books (including Bonaire diving & snorkeling lonely planet guide), dvd player, Ipod connection...and even binoculars !! - well designed : ocean front with a large terrace, A/C rooms, on the second floor, with a private parking (electrical gate) - well maintained : free cleaning once a week To be recommended !!! About Bonaire : - many diffrent specie seen only snorkeling around the island : turtles, sting rays, eagle rays, large midnight parrot fish, large tarpon, barracudas, angels... - flamingoes in the south - iguanas & donkeys - succesful deep sea fishing : yellow fin tuna, 20 dorados (mahi-mahi), 2 wahoos, barracudas... - great weather
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

My sister and I spent ten nights here in April. We were thrilled from the moment we walked in. I've rented a lot of places and rarely are my expectations exceeded, but this time WOW it was over the top! The glass all rolls back so that your living room and balcony become one with the ocean and that beautiful view of klein bonaire. Both bedrooms were lovely with nice beds and dressers, as well as end tables with reading lights. The bathrooms were beautifully tiled, big and functional. The kitchen lacked nothing! It's a dream. Much better stocked than my own. The pool was lovely and clean and there were lots of lounge chairs. As soon as we finished coffee the morning after arrival we jumped into the water right in front of our condo.............saw a huge turtle right away! We snorkeled there at the end of every day. The apt. is close enough to walk to town for dinner, but not too close. We felt safe and secure because it took getting into the gated parking lot and then a key to the building and then a different key for our condo. Our laptop worked great! Using Skype really makes going away much nicer. It's great to be able to see your family and know they really are fine. Honestly this place had it all. Books, some movies, games, tons of linens, washer, drying racks, dishwasher, magazines, cable tv and just about everything you can think of. Oh and Pasa Bon Pizza is only about a 5 minute walk! We took the water taxi and did the drift snorkel at Klien Bonaire twice. It was great! Went to the donkey sanctuary, and snorkeled tons of other places. We had a wonderful relaxing time and we just so sad when time came to leave.......we weren't finished having fun! This was my 4th visit to bonaire................I'm looking forward to my 5th!
