Our nicely decorated, tropical/golf themed garden villa, built in 2005, is located in the Bishopwood East neighborhood at the popular Forest Glen Golf and Country Club. Our immaculate condo is the perfect choice for your winter getaway. We have supplied our main floor villa with everything you will need to enjoy the sun and fun of Naples, Florida!
Forest Glen's convenient location is just 35 minutes south of the Fort Myers Airport, then only a mile west of I-75 on 951/Collier Blvd.
Forest Glen's newly redecorated Key West-style clubhouse has a restaurant and bar featuring excellent lunches and dinners, frequent theme dinners and parties, golf theme events including mens, ladies and couples golf tournaments and many other activities for residents.
NOW OPEN! A BEAUTIFUL NEW AND CHALLENGING CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE DESIGNED BY ARTHUR HILLS & COMPANY! The golf course was completely re-designed and re-grassed with hearty paspalum grass in 2008. Many neighborhood and clubhouse refurbishments were made during 2008, including the addition of a new casual bar & pub.
The Clubhouse features a fully-stocked golf pro shop and fitness center. The pro shop offers individual and group golf lessons at additional charge.
Golf membership is transferable to guests and includes access to fine and casual dining in the clubhouse, golf (cart fee only), use of pools, tennis courts and other amenities.
The one-time membership transfer fee of $212.00 USD (2010 rate including tax - subject to change for 2010), is valid for your entire stay. Forest Glen prefers 30 days advance notice to transfer golf membership to renters.
Several other premium golf courses, including Lely Mustang and Flamingo Island, Naples Heritage, Naples Lakes and Cedar Hammock are located within short distance of Forest Glen. There are many other golf courses located within 20 to 30 minutes' drive of Forest Glen, including the famous Greg Norman-designed Tiburon at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in North Naples.
Grocery stores, including a Publix, Sweetbay and Super Wal-Mart, are conveniently located near Forest Glen. A SuperTarget is only a few minutes' drive north on I-75 as well.
Downtown Naples, with it's lively Third Street South, Fifth Avenue and Tin City areas, is only 20 minutes away and features numerous fine restaurants in all price ranges. It's also only a 20 minute drive to beautiful Marco Island with it's miles of white sand beach and several fun restaurants.

- Our main floor garden villa with separate garage is located only steps away from the Bishopwood East community pool. The unit is located at the end of a quiet street on a cul-de-sac. Lovely clubhouse with restaurant, bar, poolside cabana and large resort pool is within 3 blocks or an easy walk, 2 bikes in garage for guest use, fully-equipped kitchen, eating area off kitchen with table seating for 4 plus separate larger dining table in living area seats 4 to 6, golf-themed den with full-sized sofa sleeper, TV/DVD and 5 CD/stereo in den, TV, DVD and 5-disc CD player in living room, queen sofa sleeper in living room, comfort pads provided for both sofa beds, king bed with premium mattress in master, queen bed with premium mattress in guest bedroom, TV/DVD in both bedrooms, den and master br, several beach towels, 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella for guest use, unit has beautiful view from screened and tiled lanai overlooking 6th tee and pond. Discounted rates may be offered for longer peak season rentals.
Three month rental (Jan - March) is preferred. Minimum one month rental required.
Advance deposit is required when confirmed. Full pmt due 45 days prior to arrival.
$500 security deposit is collected with final payment.
